Gregg Sulkin is reuniting with his Wizards of Waverly Place co-star David Henrie, for their upcoming film, This Is The Year.
The 26-year-old British actor will star as Madison Iseman‘s current boyfriend in the film, a narcissistic British artist, according to Collider.
But not only that, but Gregg will also serve as an associate producer on the project, which is currently filming.
The story follows a nebbish high schooler (Lorenzo Henrie), who makes a last-ditch effort to win the girl of his dreams by heading out on a road trip to attend the biggest music festival of the year.
Jake Short, Bug Hall, Pepe Portillo and Sienna Aqualini will also star in the film.
Congrats to David Henrie and his wife Maria – they’re expecting their first child together!
The -eyar-old actor and director revealed the news on his Instagram to his fans with a fun gender reveal video.
“ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL. Im a Poppa!!!!!!!” David wrote in the caption. “I’m so overwhelmed with joy I had to share this with you guys.”
He added, “I’m already singing ‘I Loved Her First.’ That reminds me. Where’s my shotgun? I don’t have a shotgun. Someone get me a shotgun! I can’t wait to sit her down on a couch and tell her a 9 season story of ‘How I Met Your Mother’ 😂😂😂.”

David Henrie is giving us our very first look at the cast for his directorial debut film, This Is The Year!
Sharing the pic over the weekend, the cast united for the first table read for the film, which is set to start filming later this year.
Madison Iseman, Jake Short, Bug Hall, Lorenzo, Pepe Portillo and Sienna Aqualini all star in the movie.
The story centers on a nebbishy high schooler who makes a last-ditch effort to win over the girl of his dreams by embarking on a road trip to attend the greatest music festival of the year, only to discover true love in the most unexpected place.

The 25-year-old “Bad Liar” singer and 28-year-old actor posed together in a series of pictures on Wednesday (July 4) at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif.

“Family vaction vibes,” she captioned one post. “Brudder & sissy,” she wrote on another.

If you didn’t know, Selena and David played siblings Alex and Justin Russo on The Wizards of Waverly Place from 2007 to 2012, and have stayed friends ever since!

Madison Iseman has officially joined This Is The Year, Variety reveals.
The 21-year-old actress, who most recently appeared in Jumanji: Welcome To the Jungle and just wrapped up the new Goosebumps movie, is the first actor cast in the movie, which will be directed by David Henrie.
The flick centers on “a nebbish high school senior and his best friends as they embark on a road trip to attend the greatest music festival of the year in a last-ditch effort to win over the girl of his dreams.”
David says of casting Madison, “I’m so stoked to have Madison on board at such an exciting time in her career.”
He adds, “Madison has the ability to give a deeply layered performance which is the exact quality I was looking for because her character is one that’s dealing with complex emotions stemming from a deep desire to break free from the labels she’s been branded with in high school.”
David Henrie is heading behind the camera to direct his first, full-length feature film!
The 28-year-old entertainer will head behind the camera on This Is The Year, a screenplay which he also wrote with Bug Hall, Pepe Portillo and Sienna Aqualini.

This Is The Year is set to start filming in September in Alabama.
