Arrow is officially in production!

The long-running CW series kicked off its’ seventh season of filming today (July 9) in Vancouver, Canada.

Star Stephen Amell shared the first pic of the set – the clapperboard which shows the premiere episode will be directed by James Bamford.

Just before the weekend hit, Stephen met up with TV wife Emily Bett Rickards, David Ramsey and Echo Kellum for a cast pic before their first table read.

“It begins…. #Arrow #Season7 #TableRead #EmilyOverHere #Frands #BeardGang,” Echo captioned with a pic on his Instagram.

Katherine McNamara keeps it cute in a daisy patterned dress while posing during a photocall for the 2018 Oz Comic Con on Friday (June 8) in Melbourne, Australia.

The Shadowhunters actress was joined by Arrow‘s David Ramsey and The 100 stars Tasya Teles and Christopher Larkin ahead of the weekend event.

While Katherine hasn’t said much since the surprise cancellation of her series, she did take some time out to wish Luke Baines a happy birthday.

She and Luke were spotted filming a secret project in Paris just a few weeks ago.

Oliver crashes straight into Diggle in this new still from tonight’s Arrow.

In the ep, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) face their biggest challenge yet, as Oliver isn’t ready to give back the hood and title of Green Arrow back to him.

“It’s much more complicated, clearly, than him wanting to be Green Arrow,” David shared with TVLine about the issue between the friends. “What John sees is that there’s more than one way to save the city.”

He adds, “Diggle feels like perhaps if some things were listened to [by Oliver], we could’ve spared ourselves some pain.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Curtis (Echo Kellum) is disappointed to find out his new boyfriend has a firm anti-vigilante stance.

Arrow airs TONIGHT @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW.

Diggle has taken over the reigns of the Green Arrow on Arrow — but will it actually last?

Quick answer: no.

“No, it’s Green Arrow. Stephen Amell is Green Arrow. It’s not going to last,” David Ramsey tells EW ahead of tonight’s all new episode.

He adds that the storyline with Oliver stepping back is “very interesting and it’s an interesting twist on how it fits into the ultimate theme of the season, I think it’s very clever.”

“It also gives us some time with Oliver,” David adds. “I think it’s great, and he has some great writing. Stuff is happening between him and Deathstroke, and he and his son and he and Felicity. It’s awesome. I think holding it for the few episodes I have the mantle, that’s the appropriate amount of time.”

Arrow airs Thursdays @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW.

The casts of Arrow and The Flash are currently hard at work on the upcoming crossover episode and the latest batch of set photos give us more insight into what will happen in the episode.

Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards, Grant Gustin, and Candice Patton were spotted filming a scene that photographers say is a double wedding. The stars were seen working on the scene by the waterfront on Tuesday (October 10) in Vancouver, Canada.

Melissa Benoist was also spotted on set that day and the spoilers that we’ve already heard seem to align with these photos!

It looks like David Ramsey‘s John is officiating the wedding.

Stephen Amell is joined by co-stars Katie Cassidy and Willa Holland as attend the Arrow panel discussion at the 2017 Comic-Con on Saturday (July 22) in San Diego, Calif.

Joining the stars of the show included fellow cast mates David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, Echo Kellum, Rick Gonzales, and Juliana Harkay as they promoted season six of their hit show.

During their panel, the cast shared a first look at the upcoming season!

Season 6 of Arrow kicks off on Thursday, October 12 on The CW.

Candice Patton wore the most gorgeous shade of blue to “one of her favorite events,” PaleyFest!

The Flash actress was joined by her fellow cast mates of the CW’s DC Comics-based Arrowverse series Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist at The Paley Center for Media’s 2017 PaleyFest presentation of The CW’s Heroes & Aliens held at Dolby Theatre on Saturday (March 18) in Hollywood.

Also in attendance were more Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow stars, including David Ramsey, David Harewood, Brandon Routh, and Caity Lotz, as well as moderator Kevin Smith and the shows’ executive producers.

At the event, it was revealed that there will be a surprise crossover in the second-to-last episode of Legends‘ fifth season!

“I will call it a surprise crossover,” EP Marc Guggenheim told Deadline. “No one knows this because we’ve kept it under wraps, but there’s a surprise cameo, surprise crossover moment in the penultimate episode of Legends.”

“Very soon, the author of the greatest, I guess you could call it ‘fantasy novel series’ of all time will appear,” EP Phil Klemmer also hinted. “You can figure out who that is.”
