Anya Taylor-Joy is a star on the rise on the red carpet!
The 20-year-old actress stepped out at the 2017 EE British Academy Film Awards on Sunday (February 12) at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.
She was joined on the carpet by Daisy Ridley, Sophie Turner, Ella Purnell and George MacKay.
During the show, Anya is nominated for the Rising Star Award, while Daisy and Sophie will both be taking the stage to present awards.

The 26-year-old actress, who received the Inspiration of the Year award, was also joined on the carpet by Ella Purnell.

Emma‘s award was presented to her by Harry Potter producer David Heyman, who commended her for having “modesty and the bravery to ask the difficult questions and demand better.”
During her acceptance speech, Emma took the chance to dedicate the award to “the women that pick each other up.”

After the show, Angourie took to her Instagram to share a cute photo of the shoes the group were wearing.
“We almost fell over on the Parisian cobblestones but these shoes were worth it #miumiu #PFW,” she captioned the image.

On the moral of the story: “I think what this movie is trying to say is that it’s tough to be a teenager. Is this normal, why does this happen, am I supposed to have this growing here, is this OK?”
On her character, Emma: “Although Emma might look normal on the outside, she is fighting her own demons from within, which if you think about, we all have to do. Emma is actually very sweet, but like most girls she is very fierce: when you push her, that’s it! I wanted to show that she has a loving personality, and a great strength in controlling her peculiarity.”
On her chemistry with Asa: “At the final stages of audition, the chemistry test was at Tim Burton’s house. Tim didn’t know that Asa and I already knew each other, so I thought, this chemistry test is going to be a breeze. It definitely helped!”
