This might just the greatest weekend present ever — a sneak peek at R5‘s new photo shoot!
The band — Riker, Rocky, Ross, Rydel and Ellington Ratliff — teased a few shots from their photo shoot on Friday on Instagram in support of their new EP, New Addictions.
It’s happened!!! R5 has revealed one of the first song title from their upcoming album!
“Who wants to know the title of one of the songs on our next release?” Riker Lynch teased the bands’ fans on Twitter this morning. “What if I told you there was a song called ‘Soon’? Hahaha.”
Riker was just playing around with the latter tweet. There’s no song called “Soon” — but there is one called “Need You Tonight”.
Riker, along with sibs Rocky, Ross, Rydel and Ellington Ratliff, have been hard at work on their next album, which follows Sometime Last Night.
“Ok for real, you’ve all been very patient and we appreciate you hanging in there. I promise the release is in the near future,” he reassured fans. Let’s hope so!
Well we have a tentative date but it's not locked in yet, so better wait to tell you that until it's for sure ???? https://t.co/hv5cRf1EgB
R5‘s Riker Lynch just revealed that the band’s new single is ready and waiting to be heard!
The bass player, and eldest Lynch sibling in the band, dished about the band’s new music on Twitter to their fans.
“It’s ready,” Riker confirmed when one fan asked him straight out about it. We are so ready to hear it!
Riker also gave fans a sneak peek of what else R5 is working on music wise.
“The guys are rewriting lyrics to one of the new songs. Key word there is ‘re-writing’. They will accept nothing less than great,” he shared, adding, “The working title for this song is Jungle Funk haha not totally sure how that came about but tis true.”
Can you believe that the guys of R5 actually cut their hair?!
Riker Lynch snapped the pic, showing off his shorter blond hair, with brothers Rocky and Ross in the background, along with drummer Ellington Ratliff.
The four looked all ready to go out for the night while “searching” for the fifth member of the group, sister Rydel.
Earlier in the week, Ratliff was in the sharing mood when he gave fans a sneak peek at some new tracks the group was working on for their upcoming album — and we STILL can’t wait to hear them!
