Emeraude Toubia and Tom Maden go for a bike ride in this new still from their upcoming Hallmark movie Love In The Sun!
The 30-year-old Shadowhunters actress stars in the movie about a dating app creator finds her views on love challenged when she returns home to Florida and reconnects with her high school sweetheart.
Emeraude opened up about what drew her to take on this role after Shadowhunters.
“I read the script and it talks about this young entrepreneur that strives to fight for her dreams. I thought it was really cool and was something that could really happen in the world,” she said. “It also was one of the first times that Hallmark was taking on a younger lead couple. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Maden, who is such a sweetheart. It was just really nice to see that they were taking chances by doing this movie which was slightly catered to a younger audience.”
Love In The Sun premieres THIS Monday (May 27) at 8pm ET on Hallmark Channel.

Emeraude Toubia is officially headed to Hallmark Channel!
The Shadowhunters actress is currently filming Love in The Sun for the network and shared a behind-the-scenes pic from the set on Instagram.
The flick, slated to premiere this summer, dating app creator Alana, who hesitantly gets engaged, and she returns to her hometown in Florida to deliver the news to her dad.
Upon returning home, she crosses paths with her former flame, Kai (Tom Maden), and finds herself falling in love with the fun and adventurous lifestyle tied to her community.
As Alana and Kai work together to help her dad restore his declining property, Alana finds herself conflicted as to whether or not her current way of living makes her happier than the home and community that she always knew and loved.”
Love in the Sun is expected to premiere on May 25th.

Emeraude Toubia just confirmed that she and longtime love, Prince Royce, are married!
The Shadowhunters actress shared the new cover of People en Espanol on her Instagram, which features the couple and introduces them as Mr. and Mrs. Royce.

According to the magazine, Emeraude and Prince tied the knot “in an intimate and ultra-private ceremony in the heart of Mexico.”
The two became engaged in 2017 and just recently said “I do” after eight years of dating.

Emeraude Toubia looks like a renaissance painting in her new feauture with the new issue of Grumpy magazine.
In the issue, the Shadowhunters actress opened up about her connection with Isabella Lightwood and how much she loves playing her on the small screen.
“I love Isabelle so much,” Emeraude gushed. “She shows so much strength, and she is selfless. Having Isabelle Lightwood be selfless is one of the things I love most about her.”
She continues, “That’s something I want to learn from her. Girls in general can be a little vain. We care about how our makeup looks, how our body looks, how our skin looks and sometimes there is so much more than just that. It’s about being kind, being grateful. There are other things in life that we need to worry about, and be compassionate about.”

Emeraude Toubia finally got her dream car!
The Shadowhunters star is celebrating her 30th birthday today and revealed that she got the best gift from her mom – a silver Volkswagen Beetle!

“This has been my dream car since I was 16! Thanks mom!” she captioned with the cute video. “At last you could give me a surprise without discovering it before.”

Emeraude Toubia proves yellow is prolonging its’ moment in a cute dress while arriving for her appearance on Extra TV in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (February 27).
The Shadowhunters actress stopped to chat with some fans before opening up about the final season of the Freeform series.
Speaking recently with TVLine, Emeraude dished about what’s ahead for Sizzy, the pairing of Isabelle & Simon.
“They’re going to go on a lot of missions together, so they’ll be spending a lot of time together,” she shared. “They’re going to be seeing things in one another that they didn’t see before. And the moment they [fall for each other], it’s going to be so heated.”
Emeraude added, “It’ll be so crazy and hot, you’ll see fire.”
Emeraude Toubia, Katherine McNamara, Matthew Daddario and Harry Shum, Jr. all check out the new bench dedicated to Shadowhunters in Central Park in New York City on Monday (February 25).
The four stars all snapped their own pics for social media.
“For you angels, a place in @centralparknyc to call our own. A place for the #Shadowfam. A place for love. A place for all from us to you as a thank you and a statement of our love and admiration for each of you. YOU are our angels. 🖤,” Kat wrote on her Instagram.
