Paige has made her choice on Famous In Love and is now in a happy relationship with… Jake!

During the two-hour premiere, we jump two months ahead after the season one finale, and Paige is already filming a new movie with new boyfriend Jake (Charlie DePew), and with Cassie, too.

Even though she wanted their relationship to be kept private, she initiates a sweet kiss on the beach after Jake calls cut while filming.

“We’re in a good place, so I’m not worried about that anymore,” she says – before she shares a selfie of the two on Instagram and haters come at her hard. The hashtag #PaigeSucks is going around because she didn’t pick Rainer (Carter Jenkins) instead.

While Paige chose Jake, Bella Thorne is still team Rainer.

“I think that she chooses Jake because if she doesn’t take her chance now, when is she going to get it again?” she shared with TVGuide after the premiere. “She’s been in love with him since the start of college.”

Bella adds, “She’s like, ‘well, here’s my time. I know for a fact that he is a good guy. How can I pass this up when I don’t really know Rainer that well?’ She doesn’t really trust Rainer that much.”

TELL JJJ: What did you think of the premiere? Were you happy with Paige’s choice?

When you tune into the season two premiere of Famous in Love tonight, you’ll find out fairly quickly just who Paige chose.

If you remember, at the end of season one, Jake proclaimed his love for Paige at the press conference for her upcoming movie, Locked - however, she was also seeing her co-star Rainer Devon at the same time too.

“She’s in a relationship, and she’s happy as a clam,” Bella Thorne teased in a new interview with EW. “It is one of the two boys, and let me tell you, it’s not the right decision.”

While Bella doesn’t think it was the right decision, she’s also giving fans a few hints as to who it could be.

“Jake has a new little storyline with a woman,” she revealed about Charlie DePew‘s character, and Rainer (Carter Jenkins) is “literally a mess. He’s in rehab. He’s upset. He’s not talking to Nina. His life is so rough.”

Carter Jenkins held a little Q&A session with her fans late last month, answering questions that they had about the upcoming season of Famous in Love, which premieres tonight on Freeform.

The 26-year-old star revealed that he personally is a Raige (Rainer and Paige) shipper.

“Absolutely,” he said when asked if he was rooting for the couple. “I’m a fan of the show and I have been there since the beginning. I’ve watched it and am rooting for them.”

Carter added, “I’m invested in that and hope to see it work out.”

He also warned fans that if they’re not watching the premiere live, then they need to stay off social media.

“You don’t want to miss the show live because there are big spoilers right away. You don’t want it spoiled for you,” he says. “If you don’t watch it live, don’t go on Instagram or Twitter because it will get spoiled. Watch it live, that’s very important.”

And about the new season, Carter says that “it gets deeper into all the characters including Rainer. It’s sexier, [and] it’s funnier and it’s dramatic and juicy.”

“It’s an amped up version of last year. There were a lot of questions left unanswered last year and some are answered very quickly [in the new season].”

Paige has quite the decision to make on Famous In Love – who will she choose, Rainer (Carter Jenkins) or Jake (Charlie DePew)?

Bella Thorne opened up about the choice she makes and how it impacts her life this season.

“Paige doesn’t know which way to turn this season. She doesn’t really know who she can trust. And that becomes a very big issue for her and she starts kind of milling about, you could say, because she doesn’t know who to trust,” Bella told TV Guide. “And the person that she picks is not the person that she should be with. And she definitely sees that throughout this season. She learns that very quickly.”

“So as far as the person that she picks, she gets a lot of hate for it, so it kind of starts to ruin her life,” she continued. “Then by the end of the season, you’re wondering what’s going to happen with her because she kind hates what her life is turning into.”

“She definitely starts to take care of things in her own hands,” Bella added. “She is a bigger badass this season in the sense that she kind of stops letting people step on her a little bit and she fires back.”

We’ve only got a handful of days until Carter Jenkins is on our TV screens once again.

In a new video from Freeform, the 26-year-old actor previewed what was ahead for Rainer in season two of Famous in Love.

“Season one left Rainer in a dark place,” Carter explains. “He’d fallen off the wagon and his whole life had been uprooted.”

He continued, “Season two is about him getting healthy and getting sober and trying to take some control over his life, and get out of under his mother’s thumb.”

Showrunner I. Marlene King agrees, telling TV Guide that there are a “lot of struggles this season for Rainer…Identity struggles, fame struggles, he has a push-pull thing with Jordan – that bromance is on the rocks again.”

Famous in Love returns on Wednesday, April 4th on Freeform.

You wouldn’t guess it, but Pretty Little Liars actually inspired a little of Famous In Love.

Showrunner I. Marlene King revealed in a new video featurette that PLL inspired her to sign up for the series, starring Bella Thorne.

“One of the reasons I wanted to do this show is because I got to watch the Pretty Little Liars grow up in front of the camera and become starlets over the course of the show,” she shared. “Seeing the good, the bad and the ugly…”

Marlene adds, “All of that is such great fuel for Famous in Love…We get to show our audience, worldwide, what does it really look like when the camera turns off and you go on with your life after someone says ‘wrap’.”

Bella Thorne‘s Paige gets her contract thrown at her in this new teaser for the upcoming second season of Famous In Love.

In the clip, we find out that Jake’s (Charlie DePew) movie gets made with Paige in the leading role, but the aftermath isn’t the best outcome.

Nina (Perrey Reeves) calls Paige into her office and shows her her contract and asks her to read a section where it states that Paige is exclusive to Gold Brothers Studios.

“If you don’t cease and desist immediately, I will have the movie shut down. And also, I’ll make sure it never sees the light of day,” Nina says. “I own you.”

Famous In Love returns in just over two weeks on Wednesday, April 4th at 8/7c on Freeform.
