Marsai Martin is dishing out some life advice for young people!

The 15-year-old Black‑ish and Little star kept it chic while stopping by Good Morning America on Friday (January 3) in New York City.

During her appearance, Marsai revealed with a laugh that when she was younger, her answer to “What do you want to be when you grow up?” was always “a legend.”

“That girl was bold,” she added.

Her advice for young people with big dreams? “Always taking one step at a time.”

“Feel comfortable in the space that you are in,” she shared. “There’s no rush either. Life is short for sure but there’s no rushing it.”

“You don’t have to over-plan or overdo something,” Marsai said. “Whether you need to take a break or not just make sure you are in the right path for yourself.”

Keke Palmer is quickly becoming one of the busiest entertainers out there and she just added a new job to her schedule – co-host of Good Morning America‘s third hour!

The 26-year-old actress and singer has already been working on the show for months and now she has a permanent position.

Keke is joining Michael Strahan and Sara Haines in the morning show’s third hour. Keke served as a guest host while Sara was on maternity leave.

The third hour, which started out as GMA Day and later become Strahan & Sara, will now be titled GMA3: Strahan, Sara & Keke.
