Demi Lovato, Joey King, and Sofia Carson join forces at the 2019 Teen Vogue Summit!

The “Sorry Not Sorry” crooner, The Act star, and the Descendants 3 actress teamed up for the event held at Goya Studios on Saturday (November 2) in Los Angeles.

Packed with inspiring talks, workshops, and performances curated by the editors of Teen Vogue, the Teen Vogue Summit is designed to prepare attendees to create change in their communities. More than 1,000 young people participated in the weekend.

“Over the past five years I have changed a lot,” Demi told the crowd at the event. “Like, I have gone through a lot. This is like, really, my first public thing back. So forgive me if I’m a little nervous, but it’s my first time and I haven’t done anything in front of an audience in a while.”

“I wish that I would have known that it is best to live your life without hiding anything,” she added. “I spent so many years trying to put on the role model front rather than being true to myself and being me. Like, I tried to refrain from getting tattoos when I was young because I was afraid that if Disney saw I would get in trouble or something. But really, they just covered it up. It’s not a big deal. It’s just better to be yourself, so if you want to dye your hair purple, dye your hair purple. If you want to love someone of the same sex, love someone of the same sex. Just be yourself.”

Demi was joined by Westworld‘s Evan Rachel Wood, Insatiable‘s Debby Ryan, Unbelievable‘s Danielle Macdonald, The Intruders‘ Miranda Cosgrove, I Feel Pretty‘s Busy Philipps, Midsommar‘s Florence Pugh, Little Women‘s Greta Gerwig, Supernatural‘s Samantha Smith, Insecure‘s Issa Rae, This Is Us‘s Mackenzie Hancsicsak, and Lethal Weapon‘s Chandler Kinney.

The upcoming Greta Gerwig-directed adaptation of the Louisa May Alcott classic co-stars Florence Pugh as Amy March, Saoirse Ronan as Jo March, Timothee Chalamet as Theodore “Laurie” Laurence, Eliza Scanlen as Beth March.

Saoirse Ronan and Timothee Chalamet are both nominated for Oscars this year!

The two actors, who worked together in the movie Lady Bird, both stepped out to celebrate their nominations at the 2018 Academy Awards Nominee Luncheon held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday (February 5) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

They were joined at the event by the film’s nominated director and writer Greta Gerwig, and supporting actress Laurie Metcalf.

While Saoirse is up for Best Actress for Lady Bird, Timothee is actually nominated for Best Actor for his work in Call Me By Your Name.

Saoirse Ronan flashes a smile as she arrives on the red carpet at the 2018 Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 21) in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Lady Bird star looked pretty in pink as she was joined on the red carpet by her castmates included Timothee Chalamet, Beanie Feldstein, and Odeya Rusheya Rush along with director Greta Gerwig.

Saoirse Ronan looks so chic while posing for photos at the TimesTalks event on Thursday (January 4) in New York City.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actress, who hopefully will have a third nomination very soon, was joined by her Lady Bird director Greta Gerwig.

Saoirse recently opened up to People about going makeup free in the film.

“I didn’t really give it a second thought,” Saoirse said. “When you’re playing a character, at least for me, it gives you the license to go to places you haven’t really gone to before in terms of your look and the type of person you want to place and your voice and everything, so there’s a freedom you get when you’re playing a character to put yourself out there a bit more.”

Winner winner! Both Saoirse Ronan and Timothee Chalamet picked up awards at IFP’s 2017 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday (November 27) in New York City.

The actors worked together on the film Lady Bird, which was just named as Rotten Tomatoes’ best reviewed movie ever!

Saoirse won Best Actress for her work in Lady Bird and Timothee was awarded the Breakthrough Actor prize for his work in Call Me By Your Name.
