“I definitely do,” Jace said when we asked him about it. “I’ve had a dream of being a director since I was five and Dan [Schneider, executive producer] has kind of hinted at me, ‘You want to direct an episode? It’s really hard.’ So maybe if I can get my act together, I’ll do that.”
Now that the show has been picked up for a fourth season, he should get on that!
Yes! We’re so happy that Game Shakers and Henry Danger are coming back for new seasons on Nickelodeon!
Dan Schneider helms both series (you remember him from iCarly) and both shows currently rank as the year’s number-one and number-two shows, respectively, with Kids 2-11 and Kids 6-11 on all TV. Sweet!
Henry Danger, renewed for season four, follows the adventures of Henry Hart (Jace Norman) as he navigates a double life, balancing the challenges of being a teenager with the crazy adventures of a real-life crime fighter.
Game Shakers, upped for season three, tells the story of Babe and Kenzie, and their friends Triple G and Hudson, who create a successful gaming company in Brooklyn, New York, with help from a superstar rapper named Double G (Kel Mitchell).
Fun Fact about Game Shakers: all the games on the show — Sky Whale, OctoPie and Nasty Goats — all reached number one among free apps in the App Store Kids category!
Guest star Frankie Grande wrote, “During the filming of my Guest-Starring role on Henry Danger, Jace showed me a video of the Mannequin Challenge and I was like… we have to do this! The rest is history. Thank you to everyone involved and special thanks to Dan Schneider and Nickelodeon for letting this all happen!”
Everyone knows what the Mannequin Challenge is by now — or have you been sleeping under a rock?
The number one question that has to be going through your mind is what is that song everyone is using, right? We had the same question, so we dug a little digging.
The song is pretty new and from hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd. The track is called “Black Beatles”, and premiered in September, and is now featured in possibly, almost every challenge put out.
Check out the video for the song right now!
