Isabela Moner steps out in a stunning pink outfit for her appearance on Young Hollywood with Eva Longoria on Tuesday (July 30) in Los Angeles.
The 18-year-old actress is promoting her new movie, Dora and the Lost City of Gold, which hits theaters on August 9th.
Speaking with The Washington Post recently, Isabela admitted that she, too, was a little skeptical of the movie before joining the cast.
“It’s natural to wonder if what you love is going to be corrupted just to make money off us fans,” Isabela shared. “I was skeptical about what Hollywood would do to something that was special to me.”
However, her mood changed as soon as she read the script: “When I read the script and realized it was really clever and fun and kid-friendly, I thought ‘this will work.’”
FYI: Isabela is wearing an MSGM top and Prabal Gurung pants, with Alison Lou jewelry.
Isabela Moner really, really, really wants to have a premiere of Dora & The Lost City of Gold in Peru!
Chatting with Variety at the Los Angeles premiere over the weekend, the 18-year-old actress shared that she’s willing to throw one herself.
“I want to push for a premiere in Peru and if they are not going to have one themselves, I’ll probably just go and do my own little event,” Isabela shared. “I’m going there to work with UNICEF soon and that’s around the time that the movie comes out so hopefully it works out.”

Isabela also opened up about the film representing Peruvians in a new light.
“I’m half Peruvian so the opportunity to be able to represent at this level is unheard of. Peru is never mainstream unless it’s for the hippies that go to Machu Picchu, so to be able to represent like this is just insane to me,” she added.
Isabela Moner made a stylish appearance on Live! with Kelly and Ryan on Wednesday (July 24) in New York City.
The 18-year-old actress opened up about her new movie, Dora and the Lost City of Gold, her new pup Pluto and more.
“We met in Australia while I was filming Dora,” Isabela shared about her decision to adopt the adorable canine. “I didn’t want to get a dog, I thought I was too busy.”
However, Pluto quickly changed her mind about that.

Isabela will star in Dora and The Lost City of Gold this summer, as a live-action version of the iconic animated explorer.
“It is going to be a big blockbuster, a family adventure comedy, but it is also a crazy game changer in in a big way, too. It is all Latinos in the cast. There is a token white guy, when it is usually reversed,” Isabela told The Big Issue of Dora. “[Dora] has this unbreakable strength that is going to change lives and inspire young people to know that they can do more than what they think.”
