Isabela Moner looks like a grand duchess while arriving at the premiere of her new film, Sicario: Day Of The Soldado, held at Regency Village Theatre on Tuesday night (June 26) in Westwood, Calif.
The 16-year-old actress wore a stunning Georges Chakra Couture gown for the event, which she attended with co-stars Benicio del Toro and Josh Brolin.

“Isabela goes through so many things,” Isabela spoke about her character in the movie. “I think there is a lot of power in her. She is so young and already involved in this violent sicario and drug cartel world.”
She adds that some of her hardest scenes to film in the flick were with Benicio.
“There were a lot of moments where there weren’t any lines being said, and I feel like those were the hardest, and those parts, we really had to dissect,” Isabela says. “But, honestly, him and I, we had a great time, and I think it shows on camera.”

The 16-year-old actress was awarded with the Lupe Ontiveros Award from her future Dora The Explorer co-star Eugenio Derbez.

Just last month, Isabela Moner booked the iconic role of Dora the Explorer for the upcoming live action movie.
In a new interview, the 16-year-old actress is opening up about how honored she is to have the part.
“I am very excited to bring Dora to life,” she told NBC News in a recent interview. “Dora was an amazing role model, especially for me, as a Latina; plus it’s filmed in Australia, that cannot be a bad thing.”
Isabela also celebrated her role with an actual Dora cake!

Isabela, who plays the character of Isabela in the movie, talked about how the movie will open moviegoers eyes.
“I think if you want to have your eyes opened, and understand how these people [drug cartel families] live their lives, then you should watch this movie,” she shared, adding that it’s actually very common for the families not to be aware of what’s going on
“They only know that the income is steady,” Isabela adds.
Sicario Day Of The Soldado is out in theaters on June 29th.

Isabela Moner is Dora The Explorer!
Deadline reports that the 16-year-old star will star in the upcoming, live-action movie centered on teenage Dora – accompanied by her best friend, the monkey Boots, and her cousin Diego – on an adventure.
James Bobin will direct the movie.
“I’m honored and excited to bring Dora to life,” Isabela shared in a statement. “I grew up watching the show, and for me, especially as a Latina, Dora was an amazing role model – she is a strong, adventurous and fun-loving girl. I can’t wait to put on the backpack and begin her next adventure!”
The Dora The Explorer movie will shoot in Queensland, Australia, is set for an August 2nd, 2019 release.
