Izabela Rose and Siena Agudong have picked their favorite Disney songs!

The Upside-Down Magic stars curated their very own “My Disney Favorites” playlist featuring songs from Disney Channel movies, Disney stars and more.

The playlist is complete with intros and commentary/fun anecdotes from Izabela and Siena about their music selections. Check it out right here!

In addition to the new playlist, there will also be a special encore viewing event of Upside-Down Magic THIS Monday (September 7). During the event, the cast of the movie – Izabela, Siena, Alison Fernandez, Elie Samouhi and Max Torina – will get crafty with fans with cool videos and interstitials, including a how-to on making Dritten (dragon-kitten) ears and more.

Izabela Rose appears in the first look teaser video for the upcoming new show Secrets of Sulphur Springs!

The Upside-Down Magic star will play Young Jess in the 11-episode Disney Channel series.

Preston Oliver, Kyliegh Curran, Elle Graham, Kelly Frye, Josh Braaten, Landon Gordon and Madeleine McGraw star in the show which follows 12-year-old Griffin Campbell (Oliver), whose family has just uprooted their lives to move to a new town and take ownership of an abandoned hotel in hopes of restoring it back to the lively vacation destination it once was.

Not long after Griffin begins his first day at a new school, he learns that the hotel he’s just moved into is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a girl who disappeared decades ago. Along the way, Griffin befriends Harper (Curran), a bright-eyed, mystery-obsessed classmate.

Together, they uncover a secret portal that allows them to travel back in time where they’ll uncover that the key to solving the mystery may lie within Griffin’s own family.

Secrets of Sulphur Springs doesn’t have an exact premiere date yet, but we can expect to see it in 2021!

The cast of Upside-Down Magic have covered the song “Everything’s Magic“!

Izabela Rose takes lead vocals on the track with Alison Fernandez on backup and maraca, Siena Agudong on keys and backup vocals, Elie Samouhi on guitar and Max Torina on drums.

The cast performed the track that is originally from the band AvA, and you can download the UDM version RIGHT HERE!

“I had so much fun with yall doing this video ✨,” Izabela commented in all caps.

Siena Agudong and Izabela Rose are starring in the new movie Upside-Down Magic!

The co-stars both found out at the same time that they landed their roles, and their reactions were caught on video. Check it out below!

JJJ spoke with Izabela recently about the movie and asked if she ever saw any of her co-stars other projects before UDM.

“Yes, I did. I wanted to get more familiar with the cast, so I did some research on their past credits. This gave me a better picture of their body of work before we started filming UDM together,” she told us.

Izabela also shared her favorite part of filming the DCOM.

“I am a huge animal lover, so having the opportunity to work with them on set while filming was incredible!” she dished. “My favorite part was when Nory is in the Fluxer classroom, and there was a scene with an adorable gray tabby kitten. We actually had 7 kittens on set and ended up switching two of them in and out! Kittens can be unpredictable to work with, and they looked into the camera at different points! There were some hilarious bloopers in that scene when filming too! Those memories were so special to me.”

“We also spent time with the kittens on set before filming, so they were more comfortable with us,” Izabela added. “The animal wranglers did an incredible job getting them to follow directions, and also kept them well feed and happy! It was a wonderful experience for me, especially because my character, Nory, turns into animals in the movie as well.”

Izabela Rose is soon to be a major Disney star!

The teen actress will be starring in the brand new Disney Channel Original Movie Upside-Down Magic, which premieres TONIGHT (July 31).

Izabela stars as Nory, whose unconventional powers land her in a class for those with wonky, or “upside-down,” magic at the Sage Academy for Magical Studies.

Undaunted, Nory sets out to prove that that upside-down magic can be just as powerful as right-side-up.

JJJ caught up with Izabela (virtually, of course!) to get the scoop on her first movie, and we also got to know more about the rising star.

“It was truly a dream come true! Being able to walk on set every day, and work with such a talented cast and crew was so inspiring,” she told us about this being her first movie. “Seeing the magical sets was also so special with this movie. It proved to me that hard work really does pay off.”

She also dished on what she’s most excited for fans to see!

“There is so much magic in this movie, and I am really excited for the fans to get more familiar with each character’s special abilities!” Izabela said. “At Sage Academy every student displays one from these five different categories of magic: Flyers, Fuzzies, Flickers, Fluxers or Flares. My character, Nory, is a Fluxer, so she can turn into animals! Reina (Siena Agudong) is a Flare, and she can manipulate fire. Andres (Max Torina) is a Flyer so he can fly. Fuzzies can talk to animals. And Pepper (Alison Fernandez) is a Flicker, so she can move objects with her hands without touching them.”

“It is amazing to see how each character uses their magic, and also what it means when some of the students have Upside-Down Magic. I can’t wait for everyone to learn more about that soon!” she added.

The stars of the upcoming DCOM Upside-Down Magic are opening up about the school in the movie, Sage Academy!

Izabela Rose, Siena Agudong, Max Torina, Elie Samouhi, Alison Fernandez and Kyle Howard are all dishing on the magic school and what the UDM is.

In the clip, the stars also open up about the heartfelt themes of the movie, and the underlying message.
