The trio came out to support Aimee Teegarden, who was honored with the TV Actress of the Year award at the ceremony.
Janelle, 17, kept it classy in a blush Sue Wong dress with Martin Katz jewelry and Jared, 22, wore a custom Indochino Black Day at the Office suit with a Go-To blue gingham dress shirt.

Aimee Teegarden steps out at Kitson with a Judith Leiber clutch as she celebrates Coca-Cola’s 125th Anniversary in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night (May 17).
Joined by Prom costars Janelle Ortiz and Jared Kusnitz, the trio mixed and mingled at the party to enjoy Coca-Cola products.
We shot these new pics a couple of weeks ago at the same school they filmed in — John Burrows Middle School in Los Angeles.
Every prom has to have a theme right? Or, most of them do. When we asked director Joe Nussbaum about Prom‘s prom theme, Starry Night, this is what he told us:
“It actually wasn’t Starry Night in the beginning. It was Enchanted Jungle. One of the things I wanted to have early one is have a muted, interesting color palette for the look and feel of it, so everything was earthy and real. There was nothing really overly bright, glitzy or shiny. I had pictured this jungle with bright toucans and just in your face colors. It wasn’t working.
“We needed something else that can be muted and still romantic. There were other themes thrown at us, like Midnight in Paris, which was too specific for us. We went through a lot of themes, but Starry Night really stuck with us because it can be done so many ways. You can do mylar balloons and cardboard cutouts or you can do really classy like with the Vincent Van Gogh painting. The rich blues and orange glow just really stuck with us.”
JJJ Fun Fact: John Burrows Middle School is the same school they filmed Pretty in Pink at!

Janelle Ortiz is beautiful in blue as she arrives at the premiere of her first movie ever, Prom, held at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday evening (April 21).
The 17-year-old emerging actress wore a gorgeous Sue Wong dress with Steve Madden heels for the red carpet. She also carried a gold mix Kiosque box clutch by Swarovski.
For the after party, Janelle mixed it up for some fun by wearing head-to-toe BCBG.
So who would Janelle vote for Prom queen and king out of the film? “Mei and Justin! They’re the most perfect couple,” she told us recently.
But that doesn’t stop him from trying every angle in the book. Lloyd posted on Brookside’s Prom Bulletin Board a few more that he knows he won’t get to before the big day:
– Ask that girl that’s definitely out of your league. Because, hey, at this point there really is nothing more to lose.
– Borrow a puppy from a friend or neighbor and let it do the talking. Or maybe you do the talking in an adorable puppy voice.
– You know those movies where the girl tries on all those dresses and the guy sits there and is like “No way!” or “Whaaaaaat?” or “Hahahahahaha!” and then “Yeah, that’s the one! . . . find a girl that’s trying on dresses and be that guy . . . it will work! Unless store security gets involved.
We’re not sure if those would work…and they didn’t work for Ali Gomez (Janelle Ortiz): “#Prom Ask of the Day: Lloyd ” stop submitting, ‘Ali goes to Prom with Lloyd!’ to the Dirt Alert. It’s not happening.”
Class President Nova Prescott (Aimee Teegarden) told JJJ that if Lloyd asked her to the big dance…”I don’t know. It definitely depends on how he asks me. Maybe!”
Thomas McDonell lays his head on Aimee Teegarden‘s shoulder as they sit back and sign some Prom posters during the meet and greet Prom event held at Macy’s at Pembroke Lakes Mall on Saturday afternoon (April 16) in Pembroke Pines, Fla.
Costar Janelle Ortiz also joined in on the fun. She and Aimee both helped two fans pick out the perfect prom dresses for their upcoming dance.
Aimee told JJJ before she left that she was getting excited for more meet and greets with the fans. “Thomas and I did one in Dallas before and it was great getting to meet everyone. I love that each one of the events is hooked up with a charity as well, like Donate My Dress, where they collect gently used prom dresses to give out to the girls who can’t afford new ones.”
Psst, Aimee wore an Alice by Temperley strapless dress and an Ann Taylor Gold Burnished Necklace.
