Jasmine V is letting go of her frustrations on Twitter.
The 21-year-old singer wrote about having a baby and how her daughter, who will be named Ameera Reign, will not be a burden in her life, but a blessing.
Some people act like having a baby will end everything…well let me tell you something.. This is the BIGGEST blessing I’ve received my whole entire life…it’s what happens when you love someone so much, you give more of you,” she wrote. “My daughter is going to be apart of my career and journey :) and she will be there every step of the way!”
Jasmine added, “I couldn’t ever say this is a mistake because I would be lying to myself…I want my daughter more than anything on this earth.”
Jasmine V has just announced her child’s gender with Latina magazine!
The 21-year-old singer, who announced she was pregnant over Instagram, and boyfriend Ronnie Banks revealed that they’ll be welcoming a baby girl!
“It’s going to be an adventure having me and Jasmine as parents because we are still growing ourselves so it will be a great building experience for the family as a whole,” Ronnie shared with the mag.
Jasmine added, “I’m so excited to start this journey to motherhood.”

Singer Jasmine V (aka Jasmine Villegas) has just announced she’s expecting her first child and is six months along in the pregnancy!
The 21-year-old entertainer (and rumored ex of Justin Bieber) chatted about her baby and pregnancy in Cosmopolitan for Latinas.
On being young, unmarried, and in the middle of her career: “Well, it came as a total shock. You take the test, and you’re not sure, and then you take another one. It was a very crazy moment for me; I never thought I would have a baby at 22, but I’m definitely excited. I’m super excited to meet my baby and to be a mom.”
On her boyfriend, who she declined to name: “Everything is going well, and he’s very supportive.”
On being pregnant: “The fact that I’m still young made me so nervous. You never know what people will say. It’s looked down on to be young and pregnant in this country. You have shows like 16 and Pregnant, where kids are put on a pedestal to be judged. A girl who has a child young is thought of as fast and wild, or as someone who doesn’t know how to raise a child. But I’ve always known that I wanted kids, and I know that I’m old enough and that I’m responsible. In Latino culture, it’s normal to have kids young.”
Justin and Jasmine were a rumored couple several years ago and she appeared in his music video for “Baby.” Congrats to Jasmine on the exciting news!
