The upcoming animated flick tells the story of a magnificent amusement park that comes alive straight from the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June.
But by the time June unearths the park years after imagining it, it’s become abandoned and she must work to return to its former glory.
Love, Simon released the first official trailer from the upcoming movie, as well as the first single from the upcoming accompanying soundtrack, on Tuesday (January 16). And we already can’t wait!
Here’s a plot summary: everyone deserves a great love story. But for seventeen-year old Simon Spier (Robinson) it’s a little more complicated: he’s yet to tell his family or friends he’s gay and he doesn’t actually know the identity of the anonymous classmate he’s fallen for online. Resolving both issues proves hilarious, terrifying and life-changing.
The Love, Simon soundtrack was executive produced by Bleachers‘ Jack Antonoff, and will be released on March 16. The lead single, “Alfie’s Song (Not So Typical Love Song” by Bleachers, was also released on Tuesday (January 16).

It’s amazing to us the impact this movie was able to have, and have all your guys appreciate it means the world to us,” Jennifer said during the speech. “All the kids who are in a hospital waiting for a miracle, don’t give up hope!”

Later in the day, it was announced that the 26-year-old actor and Jennifer Garner would be starring in Kevin Spacey‘s upcoming film Nine Lives, which centers on “a workaholic businessman who has to figure out how to redeem himself after a terrible accident leaves him trapped in the body of his family’s cat.”
