Grab your tissues because the Supergirl finale is going to be an emotional one!
The Arrowverse show is coming to an end as the last episode of season, and the last one ever airs TONIGHT (November 9).
In the series finale, we get to see some past friends return, including Chris Wood as Mon-El, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen/Guardian and Jeremy Jordan as Winn Schott.
We also get to see Alex Danvers (Chyler Leigh) and Kelly Olsen (Azie Tesfai) get married, with J’onn J’onzz (David Harewood) serving as their officiant. From the photos, it looks like we’ll be getting a duet performance from Winn and Kara (Melissa Benoist).
During their segment at the fan event, the cast shared what the impact the show has had on them, their favorite scenes, and what they’ll miss the most.
The two actors were spotted heading to the set of Supergirl in their full costumes on Friday afternoon (July 30) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The actors, who play Mon-El and Winn Schott respectively, joined the stars of the show for what looks to be a funeral scene on Wednesday (July 28) in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Janel Parrish and Jeremy Jordan take a group photo in this sneak peek from their upcoming holiday movie Holly & Ivy!
The two co-star in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Christmas film alongside Marisol Nichols, Sadie Coleman, and Piper Rubio.
Here’s a synopsis: When Melody’s neighbor, Nina (Nichols), learns that her illness has returned, Melody (Parrish) promises to keep Nina’s kids, Holly & Ivy (Coleman and Rubio), together. To adopt the children, she must renovate her new fixer-upper, which she does with the help of contractor, Adam (Jordan).
“When I got the script, I cried, I laughed. I felt all these characters. I fell in love with all of them,” Janel told ET about the movie. “I think that the relationship that she builds with Nina, and Holly and Ivy, her daughters, and the relationship that she built with Adam, they’re all such special, amazing relationships.”
“They become chosen family and I love the message that people come into your lives for a reason. And when you find your chosen family, you do anything that you can to help them,” she added. “I thought it was such a sweet message and so heartwarming. I can’t wait for everyone to see it. I think they’ll shed lots of happy tears and I think they’ll hold their family close while they watch it.”
Holly & Ivy premieres THIS Sunday (November 1) at 10pm ET/PT on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
Actor Jeremy Jordan revealed the exciting news that he will be returning to Supergirl on his Instagram account.
“Turns out Winn didn’t go 1000 years into the future, just to season 5! 😊 So happy to come back and play with my friendsssssss!! @supergirlcw,” he wrote.
In case you forgot, Winn left with Mon-El at the end of season three and Jeremy assured fans that Winn would be back.
According to ET, Winn will appear in three episodes in the upcoming fifth season, after the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover event.
Winn’s fate on SuperGirl was sealed on Monday night’s season three finale.
The loveable character, played by Jeremy Jordan, is off to the future, taking the place of Brainiac-5, who will be staying in the present with Kara and team.
“This is not goodbye,” Jeremy promised in a new Instagram post. “Although you may not see him putting around the DEO every week, I love everyone in National City too much to stay away forever. Winn WILL return in season 4.”
He also opened up about why he’s going from a series regular on the DC show to recurring: “It’s been the adventure of a lifetime, and breathing life into that brilliant, quirky, puppy dog nugget named Winn has been a true joy. But lately, my gut has been telling me that I’m once again ready to begin a new chapter in my life… and if I’ve learned anything, it’s that you gotta listen to your gut.”
“So, I want to thank everyone behind the scenes at Supergirl for understanding it was time for me to return home…to spend time with my wife and friends, and focus on crafting the next stage of my career.”
