Sophia Bush and her boyfriend of nearly a year, Jesse Lee Soffer, have split up, sources confirm exclusively to JJJ.
The couple met while starring on the hit series Chicago P.D. and their relationship blossomed last summer.

“Sophia and Jesse just didn’t work out,” our source tells us about the split. “They dated for about a year and then grew apart. They’re still friends though!”

Sophia Bush is stunning in a maroon dress while hitting her Michigan Avenue magazine Spring issue cover party held The Godfrey Hotel on Monday (April 20) in Chicago, Ill.
The 32-year-old actress was joined by her beau Jesse Lee Soffer and other Chicago PD co-stars Marina Squerciati and Patrick John Flueger.

On the same day, Sophia posted about Chicago PD by writing on Instagram, “This is what focus looks like. No really, the focus-puller uses a special monitor that lets you see exactly what’s in perfect focus, in red. So he always aims for the character’s eyes. @pjflueger & @j_o_n_s_e_d_a aren’t actually demons. They are cheeky little devils though ;) #ChicagoPD #BTS.”

Sophia Bush poses for a photo with her rumored beau Jesse Lee Soffer while partying together at Entertainment Weekly’s celebration of the SAG nominees on Saturday (January 24) at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, Calif.
Also in attendance at the party were The Flash‘s Rick Cosnett and Agent Carter‘s Lyndsy Fonseca.
Earlier this week, Sophia shared a hot shirtless photo of Jesse from the set of their show Chicago PD.
“Y’all are amazing and got #SKINstead trending in less than an HOUR. As promised, here’s the #BTS shot from #Halstead’s kitchen. This happened when I caught a chest-naked @jesseleesoffer tweeting with you guys while we were filming the after-the-moment-it-finally-happened moment on set,” Sophia captioned the Instagram photo.

Sophia Bush reportedly has a new man in her life – her Chicago P.D. co-star Jesse Lee Soffer!
“Sophia met her new beau Jesse on set of Chicago P.D.,” an insider told E! News. “They’ve been secretly dating for over three months, but only their close friends knew. Jesse is super-sweet and they are really cute together.”
The news comes just one day after it was confirmed that Sophia and her longtime boyfriend Dan Fredinburg split back in February.
The new relationship hasn’t been confirmed yet, but Sophia and Jesse sure do look super cute together in all their Instagram pics!
