Announced this morning, the entertainer is returning for the second year as host for the entertainment awards show which celebrates kids favorites from television, movies, music and more.
The 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards will also be held at The Forum again, in Inglewood, Calif., however, a date still has to be announced.
If you don’t know, John is also the voice behind original villain named Baron Draxum in the brand-new, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, premiering late this year.
Ferdinand, based off the beloved children’s book, follows a giant but gentle bull who must find a way to break free from his captors and return home to his family. It hits theaters THIS Friday (December 15)!

Ferdinand just released its first trailer and its too sweet!
The animated flick, which is based on the book The Story of Ferdinand, features an all-star cast including Gina Rodriguez, Kate McKinnon, John Cena and tons of other celebrities!
The movie tells the story of a giant bull with a big heart, who is mistaken for a dangerous beast.
Ferdinand is captured and torn from his home but is determined to return to his family. He rallies a misfit team to help him find his way back home.
Ferdinand is set to hit theaters December 15, 2017.
John has a multi-faceted career under his belt. He is a triple threat of sorts: a professional wrestler, an actor and a rapper all at once.
His wrestling career is perhaps one of the better known things about John. He wrestles for WWE, and he has been wrestling since 1999 (for almost 20 years.) He has won 25 championships, and he is WWE’s highest-paid wrestler. You know. Casual.
He’s also had roles in a number of films, including Trainwreck with Amy Schumer, The Marine, 12 Rounds, Legendary, and the recent film Sisters. He’s also the host of American Grit on FOX.
To top it all of, he’s a musician. He released a rap album, You Can’t See Me, and he’s been in two songs with Wiz Khalifa.

WWE star and actor John Cena is set to host this year’s ceremony, airing live on Saturday, March 11 @ 8PM.
As you probably already know, the Kids’ Choice Awards celebrate kids’ favorites from across the worlds of film, television, music, pop culture, animation and more.
The show will air live from USC’s Galen Center in Los Angeles.
