Are you ready for a special JJJ takeover tomorrow?! We’ve enlisted the super talented John DeLuca!

The Teen Beach 2 actor will be seizing control of our Twitter and Instagram all day long to share some fun pics and interact with fans!

In case you don’t already know, John is probably best known for playing Butchy in the highly-popular Disney Channel Original Movie (and its sequel!).

John also has a breakout role in the new film, Staten Island Summer, which is now playing in select theaters in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

The all-star cast includes Saturday Night Live stars and alum Cecily Strong, Will Forte, Fred Armisen, and Bobby Moynihan, as well as Ashley Greene, Kate Walsh, and more.

John DeLuca keeps it sharp in a blue suit at the premiere of his new film, Staten Island Summer, held at the Sunshine Landmark Theater on Tuesday night (July 21) in New York City.

The 29-year-old actor plays Anthony in the upcoming flick, premiere on Netflix on July 30th.

WARNING – SPOILERS AHEAD

There’s no doubt that the ending of Teen Beach 2 was surprising.

If you watched the premiere of the movie — in which 7.5 million total viewers tuned in for — the ending saw Brady and Mack meeting for “the first time”. After getting Lela and Tanner back to their world, Lela took Mack’s advice and changed the entire movie! In the real world, that meant that Brady and Mack never met because Wet Side Story wasn’t ever made.

Fans either liked it or they didn’t, but how did the cast feel? JJJ spoke to Garrett Clayton, Chrissie Fit, John DeLuca and Kent Boyd about how they felt about the ending. Check out what they had to say:

Chrissie on social media reactions: “Someone on Twitter wrote, ‘The ending of this movie is so fantastic. It’s so feminist (in a great way) and progressive. Wow #TeenBeach2.’”

Garrett on if he would change the ending: “I actually wouldn’t change the ending! (laughs) I feel like it ended the way the second one should have.”

John on how he felt about the ending: “I really like the ending, because it’s unpredictable. It’s not what you’d expect. I think that helps set the movie apart and makes it unique and special. It’s a positive and hopeful ending.”

Kent on the ending: “I liked the ending because as far as Lela’s character you don’t have to settle you can do anything you truly desire. With Mack and Brady it shows you that true love will always find a way to each other not matter what comes in between.”

The 29-year-old Teen Beach 2 actor joins the campaign alongside Witney Carson, Maria Canals-Barrera and more.

The 19-year-old actor was joined by Piper Curda, Ross Butler, Grace Phipps, Garrett Clayton, Chrissie Fit, Mollee Gray, John DeLuca, Jordan Fisher, Kent Boyd, and others to promote their new DCOM and perform “That’s How We Do”, the finale number.

“Raven Symone hugged me this is not a drill,” Piper, who plays Alyssa in the movie, tweeted her little freak out before their performance. So cute!

Ross Lynch holds onto the BeachBot like it’s now his in this cute new clip from Disney ABC TV Group’s Summer of Creativity initiative.

The 19-year-old Teen Beach 2 star met up with co-stars Chrissie Fit and John DeLuca to show off the cool invention and also joined a group of kids from Inner City Arts in Los Angeles.

The BeachBot is a cool new robot that uses smart software to transform images into sand art — and while the BeachBot worked on a portrait of Ross, the three stars passed time with some dancing, hula-hooping and limbo! Check out the video below!
