Jordin Sparks is a new mom and you can tell that she’s positively glowing about her new role in life!
The 28-year-old entertainer hit the red carpet for the premiere of her movie Show Dogs on Saturday afternoon (May 5) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
Jordin welcomed a baby boy into the world less than three days ago and she looks amazing on the red carpet!
“He’s here & we couldn’t be more in love!!! Go DJ!” Jordin wrote on her Instagram account after the premiere.
Jordin walked the carpet with a cute pup. The movie is set to hit theaters on May 18.

Congratulations are in order for former American Idol winner Jordin Sparks as she just became a mom!
The 28-year-old singer and her husband Dana Isaiah welcomed their son Dana Isaiah Thomas Jr. into the world on Wednesday (May 2) at 9:04pm in Los Angeles.
The baby, who will be known as DJ, weighed in at 8lbs, 4.5 oz and measured in at 21.5 inches.
“It was miraculously beautiful,” Jordin told People about giving birth. “Dana caught him with my midwife, Simona, and when he handed him to me, I was absolutely overwhelmed with joy. He was and is everything we imagined.”
“I’m feeling pretty good! I am so grateful for my husband and amazing team at the Natural Birthing Center. I don’t think I would be feeling this great without them!” she added.
Jordin and Dana got married last July and soon after learned they were expecting a baby. Congrats to the happy couple!

The 27-year-old singer and her 25-year-old husband were seen as they got in some shopping on Tuesday (November 28) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Jordin, who is currently pregnant with the couple’s first child, sported a tiny baby bump as they enjoyed their time together.
Last week, Jordin and Dana announced that they’re expecting a baby boy, who is due in the late spring of next year.
Before making the announcement, Jordin also shared a sweet photo holding her baby bump alongside Dana.
“Dad and Mom. ???? #andababymakes3 #HGA #wearefamily #myhubbyhasaheartofgold,” Jordin captioned the photo.

The 27-year-old singer and former American Idol champ eloped with 25-year-old Dana Isaiah over the summer in Hawaii, and just months later, found out that they’re expecting their first child.
“We’re both really excited,” Jordin told People. “He’s been like, ‘I want to shout it from the mountain tops!’ We’re really proud to be married to each other and to be celebrating this.”
After tying the knot, Jordin adds that it wasn’t long after that she found out they were pregnant.
“It’s been really crazy because everything changes,” Jordin shared. “Once we got over the initial shock of it, now again just like it is with the marriage, to be able to share that this amazing thing is happening, it’s such a great thing. We did this together!”
“I’m extremely grateful because life is nuts. This is the best part so far because I have [Dana] and I have this little one and I have a new family. I’m the most content I’ve ever been in my life,” she added.

“I’m smiling you just can’t tell,” she revealed on Instagram after her treatment. “Recovering like a boss.”
Jordin added, “It took me a few hours to walk without holding onto something today. I was nervous to get out of bed! Cryotherapy is much less torturous than an ice bath. But I feel so much better.”

Meanwhile, this was a big moment for Amy, who not just five weeks ago, was put in the hospital following a mysterious illness.
” I am going on day 4 in the hospital after developing a very serious condition called Rhabdomyolysis,” Amy wrote on her Instagram, alerting her fans what had been going on. “It basically can occur when you overwork a muscle group and the muscle begins to breakdown into your blood stream. It can severely damage kidneys pretty quickly and as most of you know I have a kidney transplant which was a big concern.”
But, after a handful of therapy sessions and the amazing medical attention she was getting — Amy looks so good! We’re so glad to see her back on her feet again!
