Josh Richards is set to star in his first movie!

The 19-year-old TikTok star and influencer has lined up his first feature through his production company CrossCheck Studios, which he co-founded earlier this year.

JoJo Siwa and Josh Richards are all smiles on the field in the 2021 MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game at Coors Field, which was filmed on Sunday (July 11) in Denver, Colo.

The Sway House boys have their own reality show!

The upcoming series, titled Sway Life, will be airing on IGTV and Facebook Watch, and will focus mainly on Noah Beck, Bryce Hall, Josh Richards, Blake Gray, Griffin Johnson and Kio Cyr.

According to People, the series “will follow the group as they navigate their lives in the spotlight, chronicling everything from their friendships, heartbreaks, and of course, scandals.”

The trailer for the new show teases quite a few moments, including the guys’ getting into some of the shenanigans you’ve come to expect, plus moments like Josh telling the guys he’s starting a production company with Mark Wahlberg, Bryce talking about his recent breakup with Addison Rae and more.

“We do the same stuff as a college fraternity, we just don’t do really the school part,” Blake says at one point in the trailer.

Sway Life will premiere on IGTV and Facebook Watch on Monday (March 29), with three new episodes a week!

The guys were leaving a studio, and were joined by their friend and Josh‘s business partner Michael Gruen.

That morning, it was announced that Josh has invested in the teen banking app Step.

He, along with Alex Rodriguez, join a growing list of investors, which also includes TikTok star Charli D’Amelio, Justin Timberlake and The Chainsmokers. Charli has been involved with the app since it launched!

“I am proud to play a role in shaping the future of banking & teaching Gen Z about financial literacy,” Josh shared on Twitter.

Josh Richards wears a Los Angeles sweater while going out to dinner at BOA Steakhouse on Tuesday (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 19-year-old TikTok star and business man was joined by girlfriend Nessa Barrett and friends, including Jaden Hossler.

Nessa wore a “La Di Die” face mask, which is her new song with Jaden. They released the track a few days before and you can listen to it here!

Earlier that day, Josh had a big announcement – he’s partnered with Mark Wahlberg to launch a new production studio, catering to Gen Z.

“When I first moved to LA to pursue this dream of a career, one of my goals was to meet @markwahlberg. I thought that was dreaming big. However, today, thanks to the hard work @Michaelgr1011 and I have put in, I am proud to call Mark a business partner!” he shared on Twitter.

“Anyone who knows knows that my two favorite actors are @markwahlberg and Will Smith. Their talent is unrivaled and they understand the value of making a societal impact and entrepreneurship. They are moguls and are the two people I strive to become,” Josh added.

“Today’s announcement is nothing short of surreal for me. Take this away from it: 1) If you don’t dream, you can’t achieve! There’s still a long way to go, but if I can get this far, so can you. 2) We are open for business and want to become the #1 production company for GenZ,” he concluded.

Josh Richards just launched a new production company called CrossCheck Studios, LLC!

The 19-year-old influencer is adding to his businesses with the new company which will cater to Gen Z content creators across all sectors of entertainment, with a focus on becoming the premier venue for internet-native creators.

Josh‘s new production company is in partnership with Mark Wahlberg‘s Unrealistic Ideas company with Stephen Levinson and Archie Gips, and he will serve as CEO with Michael Gruen, his business partner, as President.

“It’s an honor to partner with Mark Wahlberg and the team at Unrealistic Ideas,” Josh shared in a statement. “This is a real passion project for me that I’m going to pour my heart and soul into. We’re going to have a lot of fun along the way and build something great together. I would like to thank Mark, Lev and Archie for believing in a 19-year-old from a small town in Ontario. Now, let’s get to work.”

“I am impressed with Josh and all of the things he’s already accomplished,” Mark added. “We are looking forward to being in business with him and joining forces with CrossCheck Studios.”
