There’s only five more days until an all-new Pretty Little Liars — and it’s the episode that Troian Bellisario directed!

The actress, who plays Spencer on the show, headed behind the camera and got the chance to direct two of her favorites, Julian Morris and Lucy Hale.

“I got to work with him as a director [and] I got to direct a scene between Spencer and Wren and it was such a joy,” Troian shared in a recent interview. “It was full circle, because so much of the Spencer story in the pilot was with Wren. I have such a blast with Julian.”

She adds, “I feel like we do have really good chemistry, it’s just easy because we find each other very funny and we really do love each other, so it was a total blast to get to work with him as a director as well as an actor. So you can definitely count on some ‘Wrencer’ time, as the fans call it.”

Troian also dished about working with Lucy one on one for Aria’s storyline.

“I had a more character-driven episode, which was really fun because I got to work with the girls … and take Aria in a direction that was really fun for both of us,” she adds.

“Lucy’s kind of always been the romantic heart of the girls. We all have our romances, but she’s truly the love story, her and Ezra, so to get to take her character in a different direction, away from the romance, was a total joy for both of us because I know she’s wanted that for a long time, so she really trusted me and let me play with her, so I think it’s going to turn out great.”

When Pretty Little Liars returns in April, we’ll be seeing so many returning faces — including Julian Morris‘s as Wren!

The hot doctor that picked one sister over the other way back in season one, will be back for the final stride and is really looking so hot!

In the first look on Entertainment Weekly, we see Wren running into Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario) and getting to finally meet Ezra (Ian Harding)

While we still don’t know what the heck he’s doing back in town (he’s been in London for the past six seasons), we will take him and never ever let him go.

Super hot doctor Wren Kingston is coming back to Rosewood!

According to THR, Julian Morris will be reprising his role on the upcoming season 7B of Pretty Little Liars.

Details on his storyline are being kept under wraps, but he will appear in the back half of the season.

Wren hasn’t made an appearance since season four when some fans speculated that he was “A.”

On the biggest difference between a film set and a television set: “The biggest difference between the two is that in film your character is close-ended or at least the parameters of the character are very clearly defined. In telly, the arc of the role continues from one episode to the next and over one season to the next and yet you have to make choices that define him after just reading the pilot. That aside, there’s little difference. You’re ultimately telling a story and working with directors you either like or don’t in shaping what you hope will be an interesting performance.”

On who he admires in the industry and who he would like to work with: “Oscar Isaac, Jason Clarke, Ralph Fiennes are actors that I deeply respect and admire.”

On what television series he’s watching: “Yes, I love Veep.”

Nikki Reed and Kiernan Shipka arrive in style for the T Magazine’s ‘The Greats’ Issue Celebration held at Chateau Marmont on Thursday night (October 22) in Los Angeles.
