Lucy Hale is pretty in pink while stopping by Saks Fifth Avenue on Wednesday afternoon (February 5) in New York City.
The 30-year-old actress checked out the Katy Keene windows at the department store.
Earlier that day, Lucystopped by Build Series to chat about her new show and teased that there could be some Riverdale stars visiting Katy Keene.
“I would love to have Archie on the show, we do have a few surprises,” Lucy said. “I can’t say who, but yeah, there’s some fun crossover stuff happening, which I think the fans will really like.”

Finally, a trip to New York City gives Veronica (Camila Mendes) an opportunity to catch up with her old friend Katy Keene (Lucy Hale).

The 30-year-old actress went on the show to promote her new showKaty Keene, as well as her new movie Fantasy Island.
While discussing Katy Keene, Lucy revealed that she will most definitely be showing off her singing skills “a couple times”.
“I will be singing on the show,” she confirmed. “I will be singing a couple times on the show, which has been fun because I think since doing all the music, making the album, the love of it was still there but I wanted to find a different way to utilize it because I realized the touring life was not for me.”
“Getting to do it through acting just feels like the perfect match,” Lucy added. “It’s been really fun to get to showcase it in a different way. There will be many a musical number on our show which has been very fun.”
As for if she’ll make another album…
“I don’t know, maybe. I just think the acting life is more for me. There’s just more structure and everything, but I have an open mind. Maybe, we’ll see. Maybe this will spark something in me to make another album. I don’t know,” Lucy said.
One fan also asked Lucy if there will ever be a full on musical episode like Riverdale, and she was coy about it and said that she’s not sure if she can talk about that. We’ll take that as a yes!

Lucy recently tried to explain the confusing timeline of her show with how it connects to Riverdale.
“I’ll try to explain it, it’s still a little confusing for me,” Lucy prefaced on Build Series. “So Katy Keene takes place like five years in the future from Riverdale, like current time. So Riverdale would be in the past. But in the episode of Riverdale, Katy goes back in time. I thought PLL would be the last time I’m playing a teenager, it is not. Katy goes back to Riverdale time, whatever year it is, and you get to meet teenage Katy, and you sort of get an introduction into who she is and where’s she’s from.”

Lucy Hale gets some direction from Lea Thompson on the set of Katy Keene at Brooklyn Museum on Tuesday (January 14) in New York City.
The 30-year-old actress looked stunning in a fuchsia skirt and a black top and gloves.
“It’s pure joy to direct the beautiful souls in @cw_katykeene and yesterday they got another 13 episodes! #greatshow #youregonnaloveit #greatfolks #nyfilm,” Lea said last week about the cast.
Lucy and Lea actually have a bit of a connection – they both starred on Freeform shows, Switched At Birth and Pretty Little Liars, respectively.
When the news was out that Katy Keene got picked up to series, Lea even replied to Lucy‘s tweet congratulating her.
“So excited for you!!! You always shine,” she wrote.
