Kaylee Bryant shows off her shaggy bangs while attending the Rooftop Cinema Club’s Premiere Night held at NeueHouse on Tuesday night (March 19) in Hollywood.

The 21-year-old Legacies actress met up with some friends including Carrie Wampler (aka Brooke from Austin & Ally) for the event.

The Rooftop Cinema Club hosted a screening of Mean Girls, and guests enjoyed complimentary cocktails, light bites as well as wireless headphones, comfy lounge chairs, and blankets.

Legacies season one is officially wrapped and star Kaylee Bryant is celebrating.

The 22-year-old actress, who plays Josie in the series, headed to social media to share a slew of pics and cute message about a successful first season of the show.

“I’m grateful for everything that has happened in the last year and I’m looking forward to what’s to come. Here’s to our last day of season 1 💕 #Legacies,” Kaylee wrote on Twitter.

Just a few hours later, she took to her Instagram, sharing a bunch of pictures she took throughout filming.

Jenny Boyd and Kaylee Bryant are opening up about the Saltzman Twins fate on Legacies – and it looks like fans of the franchise know a lot more than they do.

Chatting with IBT, the young actress opened up about the curse and their bond.

“They don’t know much,” Kaylee shared, referencing the Gemini Coven Curse. “I don’t think we can talk much about that because that’s just — it’s a storyline that we’re exploring throughout the show because it’s a big part of who we are as twins, and it’s something that you’re going to see kind of unfold throughout the series.”

If you don’t know, twins in the Gemini Coven take part in a ritual called The Merge. When the twins hit age 22, they’ll fight and the strongest will absorb the other’s power, killing them.

Since they don’t know anything just yet, we’re pretty sure that it will break them because of their close bond with each other.

“They are always going to have a strong bond together,” they shared. “It’s the outside things that affect that, and it’s just how we react to that. I think we’re always going to be there for each other no matter what. I hope so.”

When Legacies debuts, Josie Saltzman will just be getting out of a relationship with a girl.

Kaylee Bryant, who plays the twin witch in the show, opened up to ET about why that is an exciting and also important story to tell.

“Josie is introduced as she’s getting out of a relationship with another female character, and then she’s kind of finding interest in a boy,” Kaylee explains of where we’ll find the character in the series premiere. “I think that it’s a really beautiful story that isn’t told so often.”

She adds, “We’ve heard the coming out story, [and] I love hearing the coming out story because it’s still very much a problem. That being said, Josie is growing up in a very loving environment where her father is fighting actual demons, her father knows what evil is and he knows that his daughter having a girlfriend is not something to demonize.”

“I think that’s a really exciting story to tell and I’m excited for another 15-year-old girl out there who has a crush on a girl one week and has a crush on a boy the next week can watch this show and say, ‘Hey, that’s not a bad thing and I should be able to love who I love and not have to apologize for that.’”

Kaylee adds that seeing Josie’s relationships with both women and men is really important to tell.

“In a lot of places it is not normal,” she shared. “It’s still something that a lot of people still very much struggle with. That being said, Josie’s story isn’t that because of the environment that she’s grown up in…I don’t think that by any means we are saying, ‘This is how it is now and this is normal.’ It just so happens that Josie is really lucky to be in the family and the community that she is.”

Legacies debuts on Thursday, October 25th on The CW.

Kaylee Bryant and Jenny Boyd will be making their debut as Josie and Lizzie Saltzman on Legacies next week and opened up to EW about the twin characters, and how they couldn’t be more different from each other.

“Lizzie is very vulnerable, and I think she is quite insecure on the inside,” Jenny says of her character. “Josie is a caretaker. She’s a little more softly spoken, and Lizzie’s the headstrong sister.”

Kaylee adds, “Josie’s kind of the lesser half of the Saltzman twins. Lizzie takes up a lot of space and can make a mess out of anything, and Josie is very quick to clean up those messes and be the one to make sure that Alaric and her are as set up as they can be, even if it kind of hinders her own life sometimes.”

Showrunner Julie Plec also talked about the twins in the new series: “They’re these beautiful, deeply flawed, and wonderful young women. Lizzie Saltzman so desperately wants to be loved and adored, and I think that’s born out of feeling a little bit like her dad has this special surrogate daughter relationship with Hope.”

So, be prepared for some drama with Lizzie and Hope in the new show.

“To quote her, she thinks Hope is ‘stuck up,’” Julie adds. “Hope doesn’t make any effort to be friends with anybody. So she loves to go out of her way to poke at Hope and to make comments about her, just all born out of a place of utter, delicate jealousy.”

Legacies debuts on Thursday, October 25th on The CW.

The cast of Legacies hit the stage for the show’s New York Comic-Con panel at Jacob Javits Center on Saturday (October 6) in New York City.

This is the first event that the whole cast – Danielle Rose Russell, Matthew Davis, Kaylee Bryant, Jenny Boyd, Quincy Fouse, Aria Shahghashemi and Peyton Alex Smith – have attended together, along with EPs Julie Plec and Brett Matthews.

During the panel, Julie did confirm that we will find out what happened to Klaus and Elijah in the series finale of The Originals.

She also said that this show is all that she hoped The Vampire Diaries would be.

“It’s a world that keeps giving back creatively,” Julie said, via TV Guide. “This show is what The Vampire Diaries was before it became TVD. Everything I always thought TVD would be, I was able to circle back and bring to here.”

Legacies premieres on Thursday, October 25th @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW.

Kaylee Bryant is giving us our first taste of Josie Saltzman on Legacies!

The 20-year-old actress opened up during her Build Series appearance in New York City on Thursday (October 4) about where you’ll find Josie in the new series, and what she’s like now that she’s a teen.

“As a character, there’s a lot she doesn’t say to a lot of people,” Kaylee revealed about her character. “She’s constantly putting everyone else’s problems ahead of her own to keep everyone else happy.”

To help her understand Josie better, Kaylee says that she writes letters from Josie’s point of view and keeps a diary to keep track of all Josie’s emotions.

“Every episode, I’ll write a letter to whoever is causing her the most problems,” she shared. “I also have a music playlist for her and different things like that.”

Legacies premieres on Thursday, October 25th on The CW.
