Kendall Vertes seriously had so much fun making her music video for “Where Would I Be Without You”!
The Dance Moms stars called on her BFFS Nia Sioux, Kalani Hilliker and Lilia Buckingham to star in the video with her, and had a fun paint party with them as she sang about their friendship.
Kendall Vertes is getting real about the dance world in her newest interview with Bello mag.
“I really thought this would be our last season of Dance Moms,” the star shared. “They are bringing in all kinds of new kids, some young and some older.”
Kendall adds that the dancing this season gets better and better: “The best part about this season is the dancing. We do some amazing group dances with great themes. We are all teenagers now and we always ask for mature themes and choreography. I think the fans are going to love the dances.”
When asked about her biggest inspirations in the dance world, former co-star Maddie Ziegler was on the tip of her tongue.
“I am [also] very proud of my friend Maddie, she has done so many great things with her dancing,” she shared, before adding another choreographer who we all love: Travis Wall.
“When I was a little girl I used to take workshops from him. I have always loved him as a performer and a choreographer,” she shared.
A recent pic posted by instructor Abby Lee Miller shows the five elite girls — Kendall, Nia, Brynn, Camryn Bridges and Kalani Hilliker — could they all be returning? We hope so!
Even though, Kalani‘s recent tweet has us questioning if she actually will be back at all.
There’s no premiere date for season 8 at the moment, however the season 7 finale is coming on February 21st.
If you did, you saw Kendall Vertes chose to focus on her music career instead of being worried about solos for nationals.
Recently, Kendall opened up about how Abby Lee Miller used to be her music manager, but now has nothing to do with her career.
“She was with me for a year and she was really excited to manage my music career,” Kendall shared. “She was the one who introduced me to singing lessons and releasing a single and then after I hit No 1. that was basically it.”
She also revealed that she recorded an entire album during their partnership! She spent an entire summer on the project that won’t ever see a release: “We basically just had to let the whole album go to waste.”
“She wouldn’t let me release. She does stuff like that. I just had to say, you know what, I need to focus on my own career and I can’t have you stop it. I just kind of dissolved my contract and now I’m away from her.”
The Dance Moms star just released her brand new single, “Where Would I Be Without You” and is thanking all of her fans, friends and family for everything.
“I made this song for each and every one of you and I can’t wait for you to hear it!! Make sure to grab your copy,” Kendall wrote with a cute Instagram.
While you can’t stream this on Spotify, you can pick up a copy of the track on Amazon, iTunes and Google Play!
The dance divas crash the party as part of a new show called Crashed, and they want to give JJJ readers an exclusive sneak peek.
In the clip, the ladies are a little bit nervous, but mostly really excited.
go90 and Sony Music Entertainment are launching Crashed, described as “a new surprise-and-delight show, which will see sports, music, and comedy celebrities crashing the normal days of unsuspecting fans and giving them unforgettable experiences.”
You can catch this full, premiere episode on Thursday (February 2) on go90.
