Mark Consuelos has some advice for his Riverdale co-stars.
The 48-year-old actor, who plays Hiram Lodge on the CW hit, was asked about rumors that Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse have split during an appearance on Andy Cohen‘s SiriusXM radio show on Wednesday (July 24).
When asked if he could confirm the rumored split, Mark said, “I’ve been gone from Vancouver [where Riverdale is filmed] for about 10 days, so I have no idea what’s going on over there.”
Mark also shared some advice he said he would have like to have given his young co-stars.
“I would always think about giving them advice, like, ‘Do you really want to date your co-star?’ And then look at me, I married a co-star,” he joked.
Mark met his wife, Kelly Ripa, while they were both working on All My Children in 1995.

Cara Delevingne spilling on making her relationship with Ashley Benson public.
The 26-year-old actress and model coupled up with Ashley at the annual TrevorLIVE New York Gala on Monday night (June 17) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
While on the orange carpet, Cara shared the sweet reason the couple chose to share their relationship with the world.
“I don’t know because it is Pride, it’s been 50 years since Stonewall happened and I don’t know. It’s been just about our one year anniversary so, why not?” Cara told E! News.
During the gala, Cara is being honored with the Hero Award.
She was also joined at the event by fellow honorees Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos as well as attendees Georgia May Jagger, Antoni Porowski and Jonathan Van Ness.

Mark Consuelos and Cole Sprouse have a heart-to-heart while taking a walk together!
The Riverdale castmates were seen getting some fresh air on Thursday (April 25) in New York City.
Mark kept it casual in a white t-shirt with gray zip-up hoodie, black and white Adidas pants, peach-colored sneakers, and black sunglasses.
Cole sported a white button-up shirt with a gray jacket, blue jeans, brown boots, and a red baseball cap.

The stars of Riverdale went home with ten awards at the show, including Choice Drama TV Show. Some of the other cast members who attended the event included KJ Apa, Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch (with boyfriend Travis Mills), Vanessa Morgan, and Mark Consuelos.

The younger version of Mark Consuelos’ Hiram Lodge on Riverdale will be played by none other than his own son, Michael!
It was announced at Comic-Con that the CW series will be doing a flashback episode this upcoming season, which will feature the cast, like KJ Apa and Lili Reinhart, portraying the younger versions of their parents, like Luke Perry and Madchen Amick.
Michael will take on the role in this episode, TV Insider reports.
“Bucket list moment for Mom and Dad,” Mark shared on Instagram along with a photo of the duo. “Congrats to my son Michael on being cast as the younger (and much better and handsomer) Hiram.. We are so proud. Love you MJC #riverdale #bucketlist.”
Riverdale season three is currently filming and will premiere in October on The CW.

As fans of the show are aware, season two of the hit CW series finished with Archie Andrews (KJ Apa) going to jail after being framed for murder.
While the cast was at 2018 Comic-Con last weekend, they opened up to TooFab about who their one call would be.
Lili Reinhart joked that she’d ask Camila Mendes, “Cami, why are you calling me?” if Camila decided to phone her.
Casey Cott, Ashleigh Murray, and Marisol Nichols all chose Mark Consuelos.
“I just feel like he could probably fix it … and if he can’t, he can scare people,” Ashleigh explained, while Mark agreed, “I’d call myself.”
