Nastia Liukin can now add author to her impressive resume.
The 26-year-old DWTS alum and Olympic medalist just debuted her memoir, “Finding My Shine”.
“Writing a book has always been a dream of mine. For a while I didn’t know who I was without gymnastics in my life anymore and had lost my confidence and self esteem,” Nastia dished to JJJ about her book.
She added, “I moved to NYC, started school at NYU and slowly began to find my shine again. I thought this was the perfect time to write my memoir as I finished one chapter of my life and am about to start the next.”
In “Finding My Shine”, Nastia shares not only her journey of success, but also her biggest challenges, with the hope of empowering girls and young women to realize that although we all have “faceplant” moments – its how we handle them.
