Niki Koss has a secret talent that we did not know about — photography!
The Famous in Love star showed off her skills by photographing The Fosters‘ Cierra Ramirez for her Prune Magazine cover story that was just revealed.
In her interview, Cierra opened up about her character Mariana’s impact on viewers of the show.
“One thing I’ve always admired about my character, Mariana, is that she can do whatever she puts her mind to whether that be dance, roller derby, or coding,” she shared.
“Growing up is hard, and while everyone goes through it, Mariana dealt with a lot of identity issues due to growing up in the foster system and not being familiar with her heritage.”
Cierra adds, “It’s been fun to see her growth. She’s finally becoming comfortable in her own skin, and her inspiring range of interests show that.”
The Fosters returns on Tuesday, January 9th on Freeform.

We all know that there’s drama on Freeform’s Famous in Love with the cast — but there’s actually none of that in real life.
Star Niki Koss, who plays Alexis Glenn on the series, dished that the real cast are really close.
“We’re all really good friends and we hang out all the time and text all the time and we’re super close,” she says. “And they’re all so humble and just talented, hard-working people. It’s easy to get along with them.”
You might have noticed that they actually have viewing parties, too!
“I actually see them offset way more than I do for work stuff � our friendship circles really kind of intertwine a lot of the time,” Niki adds. “And we see each other out a lot, but we really make an effort to hang out.”
