Netflix has set it’s voice cast for it’s upcoming movie adaptation of The Magician’s Elephant!
It was just announced that Noah Jupe and Mary Poppins’ Returns actress Pixie Davies are among the cast, Deadline reports.
The Netflix animated film is based on the book of the same name by Kate DiCamillo, and follows “Peter (Jupe), who is searching for his long-lost sister, as he crosses paths with a fortune teller in the market square. His one one question is: is his sister still alive? The answer, that he must find a mysterious elephant and the magician who will conjure it, sets Peter off on a journey to complete three seemingly impossible tasks that will change the face of his town forever.”
Pixie will voice Peter’s sister Adel. Also lending their voices include Benedict Wong, Sian Clifford, Natasia Demetriou, Dawn French, Brian Tyree Henry, Aasif Mandvi, Mandy Patinkin, Miranda Richardson, Cree Summer and Lorraine Toussaint.

The new Banks children – Pixie Davies, Nathanael Saleh and Joel Dawson – are all cute and smiley while attending the after party during the 2019 Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala on Thursday night (January 3) in Palm Springs, Calif.
The young Mary Poppins Returns stars joined Emily Blunt for the annual event, where they received their first honor for the new flick.
The film was honored with the Ensemble Performance Award, and the cast were presented the award by the film’s director Rob Marshall.

Pixie Davies turned into a magical fairy on the red carpet at the premiere of Mary Poppins Returns held at the Dolby Theatre on Thursday night (November 29) in Hollywood.
The young star of the film was joined by her on-screen brother, Joel Dawson, plus more co-stars including Emily Blunt, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Dick Van Dyke, plus director and producer Rob Marshall and producer John DeLuca.
Mary Poppins Returns centers on the magical nanny who returns to help the next generation of the Banks family find the joy and wonder missing in their lives following a personal loss.
The movie opens in theaters nationwide on Wednesday, December 19th.
