Princess Leonor of Spain helps her father, King Felipe VI, hand out awards during the Order of the Civil Merit Ceremony held at the Royal Palace on Wednesday afternoon (June 19) in Madrid, Spain.
The 13-year-old future sovereign was joined by her younger sister, Princess Sofia, and mother, Queen Letizia, for the event.

The order recognizes “the civic virtue of officers in the service of the Nation, as well as extraordinary service by Spanish and foreign citizens for the benefit of Spain.”
Just recently, Leonor and Sofia were seen attending Easter Mass with their family.

Leonor, Princess of Asturias, looked so chic while arriving for Easter Mass at the Cathedral-Basilica of Santa María de Palma de Mallorca in Spain on Sunday (April 1).
The 13-year-old future Queen of Spain was joined by her younger sister Infanta Sofia, and the two wore very different outfits, unlike past events.

Leonor and Sofia, 11, were even seen greeting fans outside the cathedral following the service, along with their parents Queen Letizia and King Felipe VI, and grandmother, Queen Sofia .
The royal family also posed for official portraits outside.

Princess Leonor wears a cute red dress while arriving at the 2018 National Day Military Parade on Friday (October 12) in Madrid, Spain.
The event marked the first time that Leonor, 12, stood at the right side of her father, King Felipe VI, instead of the left like in previous years.
The motion is a major milestone as it represents Leonor as the heir to the throne of Spain.
In previous years, Leonor joined her mother, Queen Letizia and younger sister, Infanta Sofia, on the left.
The military parade is held as part of the celebrations of Spain’s National Day and honors those in Spain’s Civil Guard, National Police, Civil Protection, Coast Guard and more military branches.

Next month, Leonor will make her first official visit to Asturias and will coincide with the Day of Asturias (September 8), during which the royal family will participate in commemorative events.
Leonor holds the title of Princess of Asturias, which is given to the heir apparent to the Spanish throne.
