CNCO are a handsome foursome while attending the 2022 Latin American Music Awards held at Michelob ULTRA Arena on Thursday evening (April 21) in Las Vegas.
“Thank you cncowners!!! this award in the @LatinAMAs is thanks to you!! Favorite Album – Pop 🔥 Much love forever ❤️,” the band wrote in Spanish on social media.
CNCO were nominated for Song of the Year – Pop for “Tan Enamorados,” Group or Duo of the Year – Pop and Album of the Year – Pop for Deja Vu. They did end up winning all three awards! Congratulations!!
Camilo was one of the most nominated artists, with 10 nominations, including for Crossover Collaboration of the Year, for his song “Kesi” with Shawn Mendes. Prince Royce was also up for a few awards.
“Our debut as actors!!! And on the #DisneyPlus screen 🤯 #4Ever the series coming soon!! @disneyplus @disneyplusbr,” the guys shared in Spanish on their Instagram page.
“We had this song recorded about two years ago,” Christopher told Billboard. “Time passed, we recorded it, changed the beat, and fixed the little things that we didn’t like. It was a cool and very long process but we really loved the end result. It is a giant step for CNCO.”
“We grabbed the stage and made it ours and played around with the settings that they had,” Richard dished about the upcoming show. “It’s a really cool performance.”
