Ruel just dropped his new music video for “Don’t Tell Me” and you need to see it!

The super cute 15-year-old singer hails from Australia and has a voice way beyond his years.

The song was inspired by an evening spent at the dinner table telling family about a girl he had a crush on.

“My whole family was like, ‘Ruel, you don’t know what you’re talking about, you’re way too young to think about that sort of stuff.’ And that really frustrated me. I thought ‘they can’t tell me how to feel’, so I wrote a song about it. I never thought it would lead to all of this,” Ruel explained.

The song now has over 14 million streams and just won first place in the International Songwriting Competition so we know he’s got big things on the way this year!
