We finally have a release date for the highly-anticipated second season of Heartstopper!!!

Netflix just revealed the exciting news on Monday (April 24), sharing that we still have a few months to wait.

Sebastian Croft made it very clear where he stands on JK Rowling‘s anti-trans comments after it was announced that he was cast in the Harry Potter game Hogwarts Legacy.

The 21-year-old Heartstopper actor made waves earlier this week after it was revealed that he would be involved in the game after showing support for the queer community and playing such a prominent role in the beloved Netflix series.

He issued a statement to address the situation and explain when he was even cast in the role.

“I was cast in this project over 3 years ago, back when all Harry Potter was to me, was the magical world I grew up with. This was long before I was aware of JK Rowling’s views. I believe whole heartedly that trans women are women and trans men are men,” Sebastian wrote on Twitter on Saturday (January 14).

“I know far more now than I did 3 years ago, and hope to learn far more in the next 3. I’m really sorry to anyone hurt by this announcement,” he continued.

Sebastian signed off, “There is no LGB without the T ❤️”

Sebastian Croft celebrated his 21st birthday this past weekend and he just shared some great photos from his birthday party!

The Heartstopper actor was joined by some of his castmates for a fun birthday bash.

Among the people who are included in the photos that Sebastian shared are Joe Locke, Kit Connor, and William Gao.

Kit Connor had quite the reunion this week!

The 18-year-old actor was seen posing for a photo at dinner, sitting next to Elton John, with his husband David Furnish right behind Kit.

Also featured in the pic were his Heartstopper co-stars Sebastian Croft and William Gao, Dua Lipa and songwriters Jake Shears, Andrew Watt and Sam Fender.

Heartstopper is officially a multi-Emmy award winning Netflix series!

The hit show, which recently wrapped filming on it’s second season, was nominated for multiple awards and ended up winning a total of five across the two night event.

Stars William Gao, Sebastian Croft and Joe Locke joined producer Patrick Walters on the carpet, while William and Joe were presenters during the ceremony.

William and Sebastian also took the stage to accept the Outstanding Lead Performance in a Preschool, Children’s or Young Teen Program award on behalf of Kit Connor!

“@kit.connor bestie wake up you just won an emmy xx,” Sebastian captioned a video of their acceptance on Instagram.

Kit commented, “i’m up! thank you darling.” He also added on his own Instagram story, “well this is cool … thank you so much to everyone who watched the show!”

Liam Payne and Kate Cassidy make their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2022 Fashion Awards held at Royal Albert Hall on Monday night (December 5) in London.

The new couple walked the carpet together, marking their first public appearance as a couple.

Liam and Kate were first seen out for Halloween, and we first posted photos of them just a couple of weeks ago.

First time out in a while… great to be at the British fashion awards🥂,” Liam captioned photos from the event.

Also seen stepping out for the event were fellow singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Florence Pugh and Sebastian Croft, fresh off a trip to Brazil.

Kit Connor, Joe Locke and Sebastian Croft head out after having dinner at D.O.M. on Saturday night (December 3) in São Paulo, Brazil.

The Heartstopper trio were in town as they attended the CCXP22 (2022 Comic-Con Experience) earlier in the day.

The day before, they were seen making their way out of the airport after flying in from England, following wrapping filming on season two of their hit series.

If you missed it, about a month ago it was announced that Heartstopper, Joe and Kit are all nominated at the first-ever Children’s & Family Emmys.

It was just announced on Monday (December 5) that Joe will actually be a presenter at the upcoming ceremony, as will co-star William Gao, who is also nominated!

The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder star Kyla Pratt, black-ish‘s Laurence Fishburne, The Baby-sitter’s Club‘s Sophie Grace an Malia Baker, and Shaylee Mansfield are also among the presenters for the two-night event. If you missed it, find out who’s hosting!
