The 23-year-old Olympian athlete and her fiance, football player Andrew East met with Olia at her studio for the unveiling of Shawn‘s wedding dress.
“My beautiful and incredibly talented wedding dress designer Ms. @oliazavozina presented me with the official sketches of my WEDDING DRESS!!! I didn’t know whether to scream, dance, or cry. It’s utter perfection,” Shawn recently shared on Instagram.
She added, “I’ve never felt so honored to work with someone. Olia is truly going to make me feel like a beautiful modern day princess ???? #sorryfortheblur #wedding #weddingdress #bridetobe P.S. ALL of the #bts videos and pictures will be posted soon ;) design meetings, fittings, cake tastings…. Just have to wait to show you the dress!”

We still can’t stop smiling over Shawn Johnson‘s surprise proposal from boyfriend Andrew East on Friday afternoon (July 24) in Chicago.
“Well I know it’s not a secret…. But I experienced the greatest surprise a girl could ever ask for today….”, the 23-year-old Olympian shared on Instagram with a video of her proposal. “The love of my life @andrewdeast asked me to be his forever AND I SAID YES!!!!!! #isaidyes #weregettingmarried #holycow.”
Shawn added later, showing off her glowing ring in a collage, “‘Surprised’ would be an understatement. Best day of my life…. Thank you to the @cubs and @usagym for helping make this happen! #engaged #holycrap.”
Andrew, who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs, added, “I’m a lucky guy to put a ring on this girls finger! I love you @shawnjohnson.”

The engaged couple were joined at the event by athlete Shawn Johnson and her boyfriend, Andrew East.
“Thankful to have been a part of @ESPN’s inaugural Sports Humanitarian of The Year Awards last night. Stuart Scott was beautifully honored, as well as many of the people fighting to make a difference using the platforms they have,” Italia wrote on Instagram.

Shawn later wrote, “Let the road to recovery begin! Say a prayer I don’t fall on my face on my crutches #cl.”
“Realized I didn’t tell you all what I did! Had to go in for ACL surgery and a torn medial and lateral meniscus! I’ll keep you guys updated along the way ;)”

The 23-year-old former Olympian is hitting the field for the Super Bowl XLIX as a correspondent for Inside Edition!
“I’m excited to be INSIDE EDITION’s Super Bowl XLIX Correspondent in Phoenix. I’m a huge football fan and look forward to a great matchup between the Patriots and Seahawks,” Shawn shared in a statement. “For a change, it’ll be fun to get to cover other athletes competing in a championship and performing at their peak.”
