Shawn Mendes is speaking out about recent dating rumors revolving him and fellow young singer Sabrina Carpenter!
The 24-year-old musician and the 23-year-old singer/actress have been seen hanging out a few times in recent weeks, and there was a tip sent in to gossip account Deux Moi that they were on a date.
During a recent interview, Shawn was asked about their relationship and he responded with short and sweet answer.

Shawn Mendes takes a big swig of his drink while on an early morning hike in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (March 12).
The 24-year-old musician was joined by rumored girlfriend Dr. Jocelyne Miranda for the outing, where he wore a Penn State sweater.
During their hike, Shawn and Jocelyne were seen laughing at something together, while checking out the foggy view surrounding them.
Their outing came just hours before Shawn was seen out at Vanity Fair’s Oscar Party that night, where Sabrina Carpenter was also in attendance.
Shawn has been rumored to be dating both Jocelyn, and Sabrina at the same time.
The Sabrina rumors started last month after a rumor about the couple came from DeuxMoi. Just days afterwards, Shawn and the “Nonsense” singer were seen hanging out together in LA.
The two were also spotted at Miley Cyrus‘ album release party together.

Sabrina Carpenter wears a two-toned dress while arriving for the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars After Party held at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday (March 12) in Beverly Hills.
The 23-year-old singer and actress was one of quite a few former Disney Channel stars at the annual post-Oscars event.
Also in attendance were fellow alums Olivia Rodrigo, Vanessa Hudgens, Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson, as well as grown-ish star Yara Shahidi and Shawn Mendes.

Vanessa was also seen on the Oscars carpet, where she served as a host for the pre-show.
Also earlier in the night, Dove wore a pink top and skirt while attending the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscars viewing party.

Rumors have been swirling for the past couple weeks that Sabrina Carpenter might be dating Shawn Mendes and new photos have emerged of them together.
The 23-year-old “Emails I Can’t Send” singer and the 24-year-old “Stitches” singer were spotted leaving Miley Cyrus‘ album release party together on Thursday night (March 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The event celebrated the released of Miley‘s new album Endless Summer Vacation and it was held at the Gucci store. Photographers caught Shawn waiting in the store’s entryway until Sabrina was ready to leave and then they got in the same car together.
Sabrina and Shawn have been the subject of dating rumors after DeuxMoi posted a sighting in mid-February and then they were photographed together just days later.
At the same time, Shawn has also been rumored to be dating a 51-year-old doctor and he was seen shirtless while going on a hike with her last month.

Shawn gave the camera a quick glance while heading to his car in the parking garage at The Sunset shopping center.
A few days earlier, Shawn was spotted next door to the gym while spending time with singer Sabrina Carpenter, fueling rumors that the two young stars might be a new couple.

The 24-year-old musician was spotted out with his friends for some retail therapy at Maxfield in Los Angeles on Friday (February 24).
Earlier this week, Shawn‘s new interview with WSJ. Magazine was released, and he opened up about his upcoming music.
“I’m at the point where I’m like, ‘OK, I’m ready to start making some songs,’ which is exciting,” he teased.
