Simone Biles does the splits in front of a group of people in this new image from her campaign with Candid!

The 22-year-old gymnast is teaming up with the brand as it’s first ever brand ambassador.

“As an athlete, I’m at my best when I feel my most confident. So when I learned about Candid, a brand that helps boost confidence, I was so excited to partner with them,” Simone said in a statement. “Straighter teeth are just the start — because making that one little change can unlock so much possibility. I was also excited to work with the SmileTrain organization to help bring a smile to so many people.”

“Think about what you could do without any inhibitions standing in your way,” she continued. “Feeling like you look your best in photos. Laughing without holding back. Just being you. That’s what Candid is all about — giving you the confidence to express yourself. And they have the right team to help you get there.”

Simone‘s partnership with Candid was born out of a shared support for Smile Train, the organization that supports doctors who repair cleft palates.

Simone Biles Speaks Out After Brother's Murder Charge

Simone Biles Speaks Out After Brother's Murder Charge

Simone Biles is breaking her silence after her brother Tevin Biles-Thomas was charged with murder.

The 22-year-old Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast shared a statement on her Twitter account and noted she’s “still having a hard time processing last weeks news.”

“My heart aches for everyone involved, especially for the victims and their families. There is nothing that I can say that will heal anyone’s pain, but I do want to express my sincere condolences to everyone affected by this terrible tragedy,” Simone wrote in the statement. “I ask everyone to please respect my family’s privacy as we deal with our pain. XO.”

Tevin was arrested last week in connection with the murders of three people in Cleveland back on New Year’s Eve. His charges include “six counts of murder, five counts of felonious assault, three counts of voluntary manslaughter and one count of perjury.”

Simone Biles Makes History at US Gymnastics Championships 2019

Simone Biles continues to make history.

The 22-year-old Olympic gymnast showed off her skills while competing on the balance beam during the Senior Women’s competition of the 2019 U.S. Gymnastics Championships held at the Sprint Center on Friday (August 9) in Kansas City, Mo.

During her routine, Simone became the first gymnast to ever attempt and successfully land a double-double dismount from the balance beam at a competition (via E! News).

If Simone can repeat the move at an international meet, it will be named after her, according to Team USA.

Additionally, Simone became the first woman gymnast to attempt a “triple-double” in a competition (two flips in the air and three twists).

“Honestly as soon as I fell on floor, I was like, ‘That’s it, I’m scratching the meet, I’m walking off the floor,’” Simone said afterward. “On my last pass I felt like I had tears in my eyes, and that’s the only time I truly felt sorry for myself in a real long time. But you have to keep the momentum going.”

“You’ll go your whole entire career and everybody will tell you you’re great,” she added while speaking to USA Today before the event. “But the minute … you say you’re good, (people are) like, ‘Oh my gosh, you’re so cocky!’ ‘`Cancel her,’ or this or that. There should be times where we can celebrate whenever we do a good routine…. I think it’s something you should have pride in. Not be cocky about it, but have pride in it.”

“There were a lot of points in this year that made me who I am today,” Simone shared on GMA after the cover reveal.

“I feel stronger and I feel this year gave me a voice. I try to find that voice and use it to the better potential and positive manner.”

Simone Biles Gives Advice To New 'Bachelor' Colton Underwood

Simone Biles Gives Advice To New 'Bachelor' Colton Underwood

Colton Underwood was looking for some advice on social media this morning, and Simone Biles delivered.

The new star of The Bachelor headed to his Twitter seeking some advice about his relationships and Simone came back with some really good words for him.

“Yes, I always need advice,” he wrote back to Simone, who asked if needed any advice. “I need advice for my relationships…. they are being stubborn and not listening to me… how do I get thru to them?”

They “they” Colton referenced though aren’t people – they’re dogs (and super cute ones at that).

While Simone didn’t see that he was referring to his dogs at first, she did come back with some sage advice not just for him personally, but for everyone in a relationship with a girl.

“oh all girls are stubborn. let her have her moment. Don’t say ‘I told you so’, always let a girl do her thang first bc they’re bound to come back around & listen…” Simone wrote. “but its gotta be her idea first haha. we’re complicated like that srry boys.”
