It also stars Kevin James as a newly retired police officer looking forward to spending carefree, quality time with his wife and three kids, only to discover he faces tougher challenges at home than he ever did on the streets.

Kevin’s retirement plans consist of chilling with his family and having epic adventures with fellow retirees Goody, his former partner and close friend, and Duffy, his oldest pal, as well as his brother, Kyle, a fireman whose closest encounter with a blaze would be a grease fire in the firehouse kitchen.

However, Kevin’s dream is jeopardized when he discovers that Donna (Erinn Hayes), his wonderful wife of 20 years, has shielded him from key family info while he worked overtime protecting the community.

Their usually reliable eldest, Kendra (Taylor Spreitler) is dropping out of college so she can support her unemployed fianc�, Chale (Ryan Cartwright), while he designs the next “big app”; his teenage daughter, Sara (Mary-Charles Jones) has budding anger-management issues; and their youngest, Jack (James DiGiacomo) is a bit of a hypochondriac.

For now, his plans for a cushy life will have to wait, because Kevin has work to do, and this time, his family is his beat.

Kevin Can Wait premieres TONIGHT @ 8:30PM on CBS.

The 22-year-old actress revealed that her father has passed away after taking his own life.

“Today my heart is hurting. My dad took his own life due to his struggles with depression. I am deeply saddened and will miss him dearly as he was my inspiration and biggest cheerleader,” she wrote on Instagram.

Taylor added, “I am sharing this news with my all my fans as I want to educate everyone on the pain that depression can cause. My mission now is to educate others on how to get help. If you know someone who is struggling, please tell them to call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255. ?Also, I ask that you respect my family’s privacy during this time so we may heal from the devastating news. Thank you for all the love and support.”

Taylor Spreitler is all about the summer fashion at the 4th Annual CBS Television Studios Summer Soiree held at Palihouse on Thursday night (June 2) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 22-year-old actress stepped out in support of her new sitcom, Kevin Can Wait, where she plays Kevin James‘ daughter Kendra — a “former people-pleasing daddy’s girl who has been radicalized by college and now has her own independence and point of view.”

The upcoming sitcom will debut during the 2016-17 season, and centers on a retired cop (James) looking forward to spending more quality time with his wife and three kids, only to discover he faces a tougher time at home than he did on the streets.

Haley Ramm and Taylor Spreitler hit the red carpet for the 2016 Lupus LA Orange Ball: A Night Of Superheroes held at Fox Studios on Saturday evening (May 7) in Los Angeles.

The two starlets were joined by brother actors David and Lorenzo Henrie.

The Orange Ball: A Night of Superheroes is Lupus LA’s largest fundraising event of the year. Since 2000, the Orange Ball has raised over $4 million for lupus research and local patient programs. This year, the event hosted an elegant street party, with fantastic food, live music, entertainment throughout the venue, award presentations, and more.
