Gabrielle Nevaeh Green is spilling ALL the tea!
JJJ recently caught up with the Nickelodeon star, and we got the scoop on what’s going on in her career, including That Girl Lay Lay and new music.
Gabrielle, who previously starred on All That, currently plays Sadie on That Girl Lay Lay, and she’ll soon star as the voice of Clawdeen in the new Monster High animated series.
We recently met up with Gabrielle at The Black Hair Experience‘s Black Girl Magic Block Party in Houston, and she dished on her TV show, loving her natural hair and more!

That Girl Lay Lay creator David A Arnold has sadly passed away.
The 54-year-old comedian’s family confirmed the news of his unexpected passing on Wednesday (September 7).
“It is with great sadness that we confirm the untimely passing of our husband, father, brother and friend, David A. Arnold,” they shared, via Variety. “David passed away peacefully today in his home and doctors have ruled the cause of death due to natural causes. Please keep our family in prayer and respect our privacy at this time as we are all shocked and devastated by this loss.”
In addition to being a comedian, with a Netflix special, It Ain’t for the Weak, just released back in July, David also created That Girl Lay Lay on Nickelodeon, and served as showrunner and executive producer.

That Girl Lay Lay and Young Dylan make their arrivals at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards held at Prudential Center on Sunday (August 28) in Newark, New Jersey.
The young rappers and Nickelodeon stars showed off their individual styles while attending the music awards show.
“RED CARPET VIBES #VMAs #VMAs2022″ Dylan captioned photos and video on Instagram.
This is Lay Lay‘s first appearance at the VMAs, and Dylan‘s second. He attended the show in NYC last year.
You can currently catch the two young stars in their self-titled comedy shows, which air weeknights on Thursdays at 7 and 7:30 pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon!
Lay Lay and Dylan were both supposed to perform at the first ever NickFest, but unfortunately the October event was canceled.
FYI: Lay Lay is wearing Dior.

The network dropped the teaser last week before the Side Hustle episode debuts TONIGHT (April 21).
In the event, Henry Danger villain Frankini (Frankie Grande) tracks a powerful mind-controlling device to Altoonisburg, with the goal of world domination. When he gets his hands on it, the stars of Side Hustle, Danger Force, That Girl Lay Lay, Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan and Warped! must work together to defeat him or be brainwashed forever.

That Girl Lay Lay and Young Dylan are both on the orange carpet at the 2022 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards!
The two young stars, aka Alaya High and Dylan Gilmer, are both nominees at the event on Saturday (April 9) at Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, Calif.
Lay Lay was joined at the event by her That Girl Lay Lay co-stars Gabrielle Nevaeh Green, Tiffany Daniels, Caleb Brown, Thomas Hobson, and Peyton Perrine III.
Dylan‘s Young Dylan co-star Celina Smith was there as well!
That Girl Lay Lay is up for Favorite Kids TV Show and Lay Lay is up for Favorite Female TV Star (Kids). Dylan is nominated for Favorite Male TV Star (Kids).
