'Chronicles of Narnia' Cast Trades Embarrassing Pics of Each Other & They Still Want A Reunion

Over the weekend, the stars of The Chronicles of Narnia had the funniest Twitter war that was actually the best thing to watch ever.

Just after JJJ posted the initial tweets, Ben Barnes, who played Prince Caspian in the film franchise, got back at Will Poulter for his “Eustace” tweets with an amazing throwback photo.

“Hey Willy, I just found this random picture of you and thought I would just randomly post it entirely at random @PoulterWill #fbf,” Ben captioned with the pic of Will with a long bushy tail like a squirrel.

Georgie Henley, aka Lucy Pevensie, called him out over the photo a bit.

“you know what Ben that’s v unfair because it’s v hard to retaliate with bad pictures of you, you’re horrifically photogenic (HOWEVER I ALSO HAVE PICS OF THIS SQUIRREL MOMENT SORRY WILLY),” she wrote…but then, found the best embarrassing throwback of Ben.

Millie Bobby Brown Could Lead New 'Narnia' Movie Franchise

Millie Bobby Brown Could Lead New 'Narnia' Movie Franchise

If you don’t know, The Chronicles of Narnia will forever be one of JJJ‘s favorite movie franchises and favorite book series until the end of time; and now we could possibly see Millie Bobby Brown leading the newest movie, The Silver Chair.

According to a new report, the Stranger Things star has been offered the lead role as Jill Pole in the flick.

The report also says that Millie‘s offer was made back in April 2017, around the same time that Joe Johnston was announced as the director.

The Silver Chair is set decades after The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, where King (formerly Prince) Caspian’s son, Prince Rillian, has gone missing and Aslan calls back Eustace and his friend Jill Pole to go in search for the heir of Narnia.

TELL JJJ: Would you like to see Millie as Jill Pole?

The One Lucy Hale Tattoo That You Forgot About Is From 'The Chronicles of Narnia'

The One Lucy Hale Tattoo That You Forgot About Is From 'The Chronicles of Narnia'

There are a ton of things we know about Lucy Hale.

She has two adorable dogs (Elvis and Jack), she can pull almost any hairstyle you give her, she NEEDs to get back into music asap (mostly because we miss the daylights out of her there), and she has a total of five tattoos.

There’s a bow on Lucy‘s neck, the “light” on her left ribcage, her “A” on her initial finger and “Catch the foxes for us” on her right ribcage.

However, we almost forgot about her C.S. Lewis inspired one that’s inscribed just below her breast, until we noticed it again in her amazing feature on Bustle.

The scripted ink reads “Courage, dear heart”, from “The Chronicles of Narnia’s Voyage of the Dawn Treader”.

Here’s the full quote from the book:

But no one except Lucy knew that as it circled the mast it had whispered to her, “Courage, dear heart,” and the voice, she felt sure, was Aslan’s, and with the voice a delicious smell breathed in her face

BRB, going to get a Narnian-inspired tattoo now.

New 'Chronicles of Narnia' Movie 'Silver Chair' Nabs Director!

New 'Chronicles of Narnia' Movie 'Silver Chair' Nabs Director!

This is super exciting news!

The next The Chronicles Of Narnia movie has a director!

Talk about the movie has been ongoing since 2013, and JJJ is really excited that the flick now has a director in Joe Johnston.

The fourth book in the series from C.S. Lewis, “The Silver Chair” centers on Eustace Scrubb, who travels to Narnia to save the kidnapped child of Prince Caspian.

Eustace was played by Will Poulter in the previous film, Voyage of the Dawn Treader — but we have a feeling that he’s a bit old for the part now.

But, who knows, he could return!

Get ready to see a Narnia you probably won’t recognize in The Silver Chair, the next film of C.S. Lewis‘ books in the series.

Film producer Mark Gordon spoke with Collider at the TCA Winter Press Tour about the movie that has yet to start production and he opened up about what cast members would be making a return — none.

“No, it’s all going to be a brand new franchise. All original. All original characters, different directors, and an entire new team that this is coming from,” he said.

BUT, before you freak out and think that everything is changing about Narnia and the story, it’s not. What this means, is that we’ll get to see the characters in the books that haven’t made the screen yet — like Jill Pole!

TELL JJJ: Are you as anxious as we are about the next film?!

Next Movie In The Chronicles of Narnia Franchise 'The Silver Chair' Script Is Ready

This makes JJJ incredibly happy — the next movie in The Chronicles of Narnia franchise, “The Silver Chair”, is finished!

Via NarniaWeb, screenwriter David Magee confirmed that he has completed the script for the fourth movie based on the books by C.S. Lewis.

“Completed the final draft of The Silver Chair today. I’ve had the immense pleasure to work on the project for over a year now. So fulfilling,” he wrote on Twitter.

While Georgie Henley, Ben Barnes or Skandar Keynes wouldn’t return for this movie, Will Poulter, who starred as Eustace, might.

“The Silver Chair” centers on Eustace and Jill, who escape from the bullies at school through a strange door in the wall, which, for once, is unlocked. It leads to the open moor…or does it? Once again Aslan has a task for the children, and Narnia needs them. Through dangers untold and caverns deep and dark, they pursue the quest that brings them face and face with the evil Witch. She must be defeated if Prince Rillian, the son of Caspian X, is to be saved.
