Ninety-seven years ago, nuclear Armageddon decimated planet Earth, destroying civilization and the only survivors were the 400 inhabitants of 12 international space stations that were in orbit at the time. Three generations have been born in space, the survivors now number 4,000, and resources are running out on their dying “Ark”.
The leaders of the Ark secretly exile a group of 100 juvenile prisoners to the Earth’s surface to test whether it’s habitable and are faced with difficult decisions about life, death and the continued existence of the human race. The 100 must find a way to transcend their differences, unite and forge a new path on a wildly changed Earth that’s primitive, intense and teeming with the unknown.
The 100 premieres on Wednesday, March 19 @ 9PM on The CW.
“Octavia in one way or another was locked up her life, she was hidden until she was 13 in the floorboards, and when she was busted they floated or killed her mother. She wants to do whatever the h— she wants now that she’s free, and will,” Marie shared about her character in the show. “I’m sure he’ll try to be the protective older brother, and I’m sure she’ll be like ugh.”
The Tomorrow People revolves around several young people (Robbie Amell, among others) from around the world who represent the next stage in human evolution, possessing special powers, including the ability to teleport and communicate with each other telepathically. Together they work to defeat the forces of evil.
The 100 is set 97 years after a nuclear war has destroyed civilization. It revolves around 100 juvenile delinquents (Thomas McDonell, Eliza Taylor) sent back to Earth to investigate the possibility of re-colonizing the planet.
Star-Crossed centers on Emery (Aimee Teegarden), a teen girl who falls in love with an alien boy, one of nine of his kind integrated into a suburban high school.
Reign chronicles the rise to power of Mary Queen of Scots (Adelaide Kane) when she arrives in France as a 15-year-old, betrothed to Prince Francis, and with her three best friends as ladies-in-waiting.
He’ll play Finn, one of the delinquents sent on the ship to Earth who has no problem following Clarke’s (Eliza Taylor) lead. A free spirit, he is something of a folk hero to the kids on The Ark because of his ability to bend the rules and escape unharmed.
