We are so sad right now and sending all of our love to Tiffany Thornton as it is being reported that her husband Chris Carney has died in a car crash in his home state of Arkansas.
The 35-year-old Prom Kings singer was involved in a single car accident on Friday morning (December 4) and his friend Ezekiel Blayton was also killed in the crash. They were pronounced dead on the scene.
Their car “flew off the road while going around a bend and slammed into a tree,” according to TMZ. It is not known who was driving, but police say at least one of them was ejected from the car.
Tiffany and Chris, who were married in 2011, have 2 children. They just moved back to his home state of Arkansas last year.
Just yesterday, Tiffany wrote on Instagram that one of her best friends had passed away as well. We send our thoughts and condolences to her in this difficult time.

Tiffany Thornton, who starred on the Disney Channel show as Tawni, dished up a secret about the series after catching an episode of Sofia The First — Sonny (Demi Lovato) was meant to have siblings!
“Sofia The First is the cutest show! I think kj has a crush on Sofia. Did u know @arielwinter1 was cast as Sonny’s little sis originally?!” Tiffany tweeted out.
She added, “…. And @billyunger was cast as her little brother, then they reworked the show and Sonny was rewritten as an only child. #Sonnyfacts.”

First reported by TMZ, Chris is accusing Tiffany, 28, of abducting their two young children, KJ and Bentley.
Speaking with The Insider, Chris opened up about the situation, saying, “I want my kids back so much that I’m willing to put a felony charge on my wife. That sucks. That’s how bad I want them back…[Thornton] is dead to me…until she gets help and admits that this is not her. I don’t know this person.”
He added, “I’m not seeking any type of media attention, I’ve exhausted every resource to try to get her attention. I called her every day for the first week and said ‘I’ll do anything you want me to do, just come home’ and she ignored that. The second week [it] was ‘Just come home.’ The third week was ‘Just come home.’ Then I went dark…[and] had to go get legal involved because my rights were taken from me.”
Chris‘ mother Ruth explains that just before the two wed in 2011, Chris was in rehab for almost two years and is claiming Chris is still dealing with addiction and is not willing to get help, often coming home drunk and yelling in front of his children. He’s denying the addiction.

The family joined others at the event and it looks like one-year-old KJ had the time of his life!
“Yesterday was KJ‘s best day of his little life so far,” Tiffany captioned on Instagram with a ton of pics. “Thanks so much to @yogabbagabba for such a fun time. He got to hug Brobee, hold Muno’s hand and see all the other characters sing and dance! #somuchfun #yogabbagabba.”

Earlier this month, Tiffany hosted a baby shower and celebrated with some of her closest friends including Zac Efron, Francia Raisa, godmother Cassie Scerbo, Allen Evangelista and Mitchel Musso.
