The three British actors will join Naomi Ackie, Denise Gough, Sheila Atim, Alex Sharp, and Ivanno Jeremiah in the upcoming pilot, according to THR.
While most of the details about the characters are being kept under wraps, HBO did release a logline that has us intrigued.
The drama is set thousands of years before the events of Game of Thrones and chronicles the world’s descent from the golden Age of Heroes into its darkest hour.
The logline reads: “Only one thing is for sure: From the horrifying secrets of Westeros’ history to the true origin of the White Walkers, the mysteries of the East to the Starks of legend — it’s not the story we think we know.”

Toby, who portrayed a young Dumbledore in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is back for the film franchise, along with Jamie Campbell Bower, who played a young Grindelwald.
The two appear in the new trailer in a moment with the Mirror of Erised.
“I mean, I actually GASPED when I saw @toby_regbo and @Jamiebower show up in the #FantasticBeasts trailer. Give them a spin-off RIGHT NOW,” one fan posted on Twitter after the trailer debuted.
Another added, “Whoever decided to bring back Toby Regbo as Young Albus Dumbledore and Jamie Campbell Bower as Young Gellert Grindelwald deserves to be considered my lord and savior.”

Adelaide also added a little thank you note to fans, writing, “Had an amazing time this weekend with the gang at DreamIt Con!!! Thank you so so much to everyone who came to see us, you’re the cutest!”
Adelaide Kane is a big reader and has stacked library of books that we’d love to browse.
Speaking with the JJJ Book Club, the former Reign actress revealed the last three books that she’s been reading and they include “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind” by Yuval Noah Harari.
“[I've] been reading this for quite some time,” she admits. “I just can’t seem to get all the way through it though because it’s really dense and I’ve been really busy.”
However, the one book that Adelaide‘s reading right now is called “Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World” by Haruki Murakami — and it was Toby Regbo who gave it to her!
“Toby gave it to me when he left [the show] and it’s just been sitting in my library for years and I just started reading it,” she tells us.
Adelaide adds that he gifted it to her on a whim, really.
“He was giving away a whole bunch of his stuff when he moved and gave this one to me,” she shares. “He kind of knew that I have an affinity for Japanese stuff.”
Reign said goodbye last night with a beautiful Francis and Mary montage that made us melt into a puddle of goo.
The scene happens just after Mary is beheaded and she wakes up, lying next to Francis in her afterlife.
“When one looks back on Mary’s life it seemed so tragic, but there was so much joy in it,” showrunner Laurie McCarthy shared with TVGuide. “Historically she was said to find happiness and friendship even in her years of captivity. I wanted to celebrate where the show began, which is with a love story.”
She adds about including this moment in the final episode, “I felt that in her darkest moment that was a place her mind might go.”
“The scene was filmed before Toby Regbo left the series – we shot it and just held it not knowing when the end would come but knowing what it would be,” Laurie says.
If you missed it, be sure to read just which scene star Adelaide Kane thought was the sweetest one between the couple.
The series finale of Reign delivered on just about everything — even one final Francis and Mary (Frary) scene that we’ll be watching over and over for forever!
In the final scene, right when Mary is beheaded by orders of Elizabeth, she wakes up in bed with Francis — and our hearts scream with joy.
Frary was always, always ENDGAME — even in the afterlife.
In the scene, they murmur their “I Love You’s” before the series has a montage of flashbacks to the previous seasons.
