Tom Daley and Dan Goodfellow towel off after completing a dive together during a training session at the Maria Lenk Aquatics Centre on Thursday (August 4) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The two Team Great Britain divers will have their first competition in Men’s Synchronized 10m Platform event on Monday, August 8th for the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics.
“After the last Olympics, I didn’t want to dive again,” Tom revealed recently. “I had the biggest post-Games slump you can imagine. I just never wanted to set foot on a diving board so doing something different and mixing it up really helped me.”
He added, “Even now, going into the Olympics, I have cut lots of things back but I like to do other things like cooking classes and Spanish classes. I end up thinking a bit too much about diving so I need to keep my busy mind occupied.”

The 22-year-old Olympic diver and filmmaker Dustin were joined on the blue carpet by singer Fleur East and radio personality George Shelley.

Tom is gearing up for his second Olympic Games in Rio and shared his excitement on Twitter.
“Just over a week now until we leave for the Olympic Games!!” he wrote.

Tom recently reunited with his fiance Dustin Lance Black after some time apart while they both worked on their own projects. Dustin was off in Canada filming his upcoming mini-series When We Rise while Tom has been busy training for the games.

English Olympic diver Tom Daley is speaking out about his super tight speedos!
The 22-year-old athlete made an appearance on The Graham Norton Show over the weekend, and the subject turned to his swimwear.
“Well everything has to stay in place. If you’re spinning around the last thing you want to do is have something come out of place! And when you hit the water you don’t want things flapping about because it would hurt,” Tom said. So there you have it!

Tom Daley and Daniel Goodfellow pose for press after winning the Mens 10m Synchro during Day Two of the National Diving Cup on Saturday (January 23) in Southend, England.
This was the first time the two British divers competed together, earning a score of 82.08 for their dives.
“Dan has come back from injury a lot stronger and he has been able to step up to the big dives with ease. Hopefully we can continue to work hard together and elevate our scores to qualify for the Olympic Games,” Tom shared with press.
Danny added, “I’m really pleased with how that went. This is our first competition diving together and my first platform competition since coming back from injury, so it’s great to be competing again � and working alongside Tom is brilliant.”
The next day, Tom again won gold during the Men’s competition.

Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black are two of a kind on the February 2016 cover of OUT magazine’s annual “Love Issue.”
The 21-year-old Olympic diver and his 41-year-old finace opened up to the magazine about their first meeting, their relationship and their future.
Dustin on their first date: “Truly, it was hours and hours of sharing and talking about things that really mattered to us. Pardon the pun, but we dove right in.”
Tom on their whirlwind relationship: “Quite honestly, we talked about marriage within the first two weeks after seeing each other the first time in LA. That was the weird thing: that it came up in conversation so many times. I always knew it was going to happen at some point.”
Tom on getting engaged in their underwear: “I had the ring box in my underwear, and when he came out of the bathroom, I just went down on my knee and proposed. Then he ran off to the bathroom to get his rings, and he had this whole speech prepared, but he’s a writer so his was quite extravagant. But looking back, all I can remember is being completely overwhelmed, like, Oh my God, we’re now engaged. Who do we have to call?”
