The guys — J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, RM, Suga, and V — took the crown for the year on social media.
Another K-pop squad, SVT, took the runner-up position, with Camila Cabello, Justin Bieber, Filipino actress Maine Mendoza, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Ethan Dolan, South Korean boy band Monsta X, and Grayson Dolan following in the Top 10 list.
Speaking of their most recent album debut, RM dished to ET that they get surprised every time about their success.
“We’re surprised at the huge response when each album is released, but it is beyond our expectation and overwhelming this time. We are grateful to our fans worldwide for appreciating our music and video.”

It’s not really a surprise that 13 Reasons Why and Stranger Things were two of Twitter’s top television shows for 2017.
In the year in review list that the social media platform released, it reveals that not only were the two Netflix shows #1 and #2 on the “most tweeted about streaming TV shows” list, but also on the plain “TV shows” list too!
Orange is the New Black, House of Cards, Sense8, Narcos, The Get Down, The Handmaid’s Tale, Bojack Horseman and Daredevil joined the shows on the most tweeted about streaming TV shows.
Meanwhile, Game of Thrones topped the most tweeted about TV shows list, with Stranger Things following, Big Brother, then 13 Reasons Why, with Saturday Night Live, The Walking Dead, Grey’s Anatomy, The Voice, Supernatural, and Pretty Little Liars rounding out the top 10.

Carter Wilkerson is still in high school, but he is already in the Guinness Book of World Records thanks to his love for chicken nuggets!
The 16-year-old high school junior has been on a mission to get 18 million retweets on a tweet he wrote in order to get free nuggets from Wendy’s for a year.
When Ellen DeGeneres caught wind of his campaign, she brought Carter onto her show and tasked him with having people retweet her Oscars selfie tweet along with his nuggets tweet, so that she could retain her status of having the most retweeted tweet.
Well, now Carter has topped Ellen‘s tweet with over 3.45 million retweets!
Wendy’s has announced that Carter will get free chicken nuggets for a year even though he didn’t reach the 18 million mark. The company is also donating $100,000 to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption in honor of the milestone.
Lili Reinhart is our new hero!
The Riverdale star had the best and most badass reply to one Twitter user who was essentially fat shaming her.
In a series of tweets, the Twitter user pointed out that when you search for Lili‘s name the first response that comes up is “Lili Reinhart body”.
“On google when u type Lili Reinhart, “Lili Reinhart body” is one of the main searches. Please start being healthy,” they pointed out.
Adding, “I love you but I also can’t stand to see you look so unhealthy and be happy with it. It’ll out shine your talent.”
First, we’re pretty sure that Lili is in perfect health and second, the only people actually searching for that term are perverts.
“you’re such a talented actress Lili I don’t want your weight to overshadow it,” the user says further.

The Dolan twins are successful because of a dedicated and supportive fan base � and it doesn’t look like they’re going to forget that anytime soon.
Ethan Dolan stuck up for his fans on Twitter Wednesday (March 29), tweeting: “No one’s allowed to talk negatively about you guys. Not gonna allow that to happen.”
He then elaborated, saying: “You guys are everything to me. I’m thankful for every single one of you. People who say otherwise, go for it. I know what I’m thankful for.”
More than 6,000 replies poured into the tweets as fans shared their undying love and thanks back to the twins.
