Dana Gaier might’ve missed the ‘wear yellow’ memo as she arrives at the premiere for Minions held at the Shrine Auditorium on Saturday afternoon (June 27) in Los Angeles.
The 17-year-old actress, who voiced Edith in Despicable Me, was joined by Elsie Fisher (Agnes), and Jurassic World‘s Ty Simpkins and his sister Ryan.
Minions centers on Kevin, Stuart and Bob, who embark upon a thrilling journey that ultimately leads them to their next potential master, Scarlet Overkill (Sandra Bullock), the world’s first-ever female super-villain. They travel from frigid Antarctica to 1960s New York City, ending in mod London, where they must face their biggest challenge to date: saving all of Minionkind�from annihilation.
Grant picked up the Breakthrough Performance Award and The Flash won the Best Superhero Adaptation Television Series award. The 100 was honored as Best Youth-Oriented Television Series; and Mackenzie won the Best Performance by a Younger Actor in a Film for Interstellar.

Ty Simpkins and Nick Robinson suit up sharp for the premiere of their new movie, Jurassic World, held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Tuesday night (June 9).
“Got this little fellow from #ChrisPratt back in New Orleans when we wrapped #JURASSICWORLD. Later today need to decide which shoe to wear @Nike @NikeLA #NIKE #TyJJJtakeover @darthsimpkins #TySimpkins,” Ty, 13, wrote during his JJJ Takeover, which chronicled his whole day ahead of the premiere and beyond.
Ty added afterwards, “Thank you @justjaredjr for having me takeover today!!! It was so much fun!! Make sure to get your tickets for #JurassicWorld June 12th guys!!!”

JustJaredJr.com: Tell us about how you got involved with the movie! What was your audition process like?
Ty Simpkins: In 2011, Colin [Trevorrow, director] Skyped me when I was in Tennessee with my sister on a film project she was on. It was the day after the Iron Man 3 premiere, so I was already very excited from that. I remember being excited for that phone call. We were all a bit in shock, but then the project got pushed for like a year I think. I later met Colin in person at the Insidious 2 premiere, which also seemed unreal because the after-party was at Universal Studious and when we met, the Jurassic ride was literally right there. Then all of a sudden I got a call to do a chemistry read with Nick Robinson. We went to the casting house and Nick came in, we went into the room, and acted out some scenes together.

Nick Robinson screams for his life in this brand-new TV spot for his upcoming movie, Jurassic World.
The flick’s official summary: Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond.
After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor’s interest, which backfires horribly.
Nick is also pictured below with his on-screen brother, Ty Simpkins, leaving The Today Show, before stopping at SiriusXM Studios in New York City on Wednesday morning (June 3).
Team Purple went up against Team Green — Nolan Gould, Ty Simpkins, James Marsden and his daughter Mary – for the fun event which debuted the new game.
Both teams were neck-in-neck throughout the obstacle course, but the Team Green took home the gold when they won the onstage gameplay.
