Ariel Winter and Tyler Posey step out for the 2018 Burbank International Film Festival‘s closing night awards show!
The Modern Family star and the Teen Wolf actor attended the event held at Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport on Sunday (September 9) in Burbank, Calif.
They were joined by her boyfriend Levi Meaden and Tyler‘s dad, John.
Ariel and Levi kept it classic in black looks, and Tyler donned a powder blue suit with a cactus-printed shirt.
“The world lost a legend today,” she captioned a slideshow of pics. “Not only on screen, but also in life. Burt Reynolds was an incredible man to everyone he encountered, and I am deeply grateful that I got to spend time with him in the way that I did. They don’t make them like him anymore— he truly was the last movie star. Burt was a kind, loving soul that could brighten your day with just a smile, and always cared to make sure he asked how your day was going or just cheer you up with a charming compliment. While today is a sad day, Burt lived an incredibly full life and while he’s no longer here physically, he is always in our hearts and minds. Will love and miss you always Burt.”

“I am so honored to co-host Stand Up To Cancer’s Digital Live Show this year,” Tyler shared of his hosting duties. “The mission of SU2C is one that sits close to my heart, having lost my beautiful mother to breast cancer in 2014. It was devastating for my family…she was the glue that held us all together. But we had an incredible support system around us. With this digital show, I hope that we reach my contemporaries to raise awareness for this dreadful disease…because we are stronger if we stand together.”
Brenda added, “As someone who has been through these challenges, I learned that knowledge is power in the fight; asking doctors questions and immersing myself in the research helped me and my family cope. With this digital show, I am pleased to tell my story and listen to others’ journeys.”
It’s #Up2Us: Stand Up To Cancer | The Digital Live Show is airing NOW up until the 2018 show, which starts at 8PM ET/PT on all networks.
Tyler Posey gets a lift from his PVMNTS bandmates Nick Guzman and Freddy Ramirez for a pic backstage at Build Series in New York City on Friday (August 10).
The new band opened up about their upcoming EP, Better Days, which is out next week.
“With only six songs to debut our sound, we wanted to make sure this little EP was as eclectic as possible,” they recently shared with ALT Press. “There’s lots of heavy emotion mixed with light-hearted and uplifting tunes.”
In the same interview, Tyler opened up about the first song out from the record – a track called “Standing (On My Own Two Feet)” which was inspired by the the passing of his mother in 2014.
“It’s basically about when you hit a point in your life where your life will change and there’s nothing you can do about it,” Tyler says.
“The only control that you have is deciding whether or not it’s going to f*** you up, or you take a positive route and do something good with what you’ve just been through.”

The former Teen Wolf stars are still best friends, Tyler assured us all in his new interview with People TV.
“[Dylan] is still one of my best friends,” Tyler shared, adding that they “actually went to Comic-Con [recently] with each other” too!
“It was our first time we went without any obligations because Teen Wolf is over, so we didn’t have anything to promote and we went and partied and danced all night until five in the morning,” he adds.
The bromance lives on!
Tyler also spoke about if the opportunity came to turn Teen Wolf into a movie, he’d been 100% in.
“For Teen Wolf, that’s what I’ve said since the beginning of that show. I’ve always wanted to do that. So, I’m all for it.”
Tyler Posey is headed back to television on Starz’ upcoming series, Now Apocalypse.
The 10-episode surreal, coming-of-age comedy that follows Ulysses (Avan Jogia) and his friends Carly (Kelli Berglund), Ford (Beau Mirchoff) and Severine (Roxane Mesquida), who are on various quests pursuing love, sex and fame while navigating the strange and oftentimes bewildering city of Los Angeles.
Tyler, according to Variety, will star as Gabriel, an incredibly charismatic and mysterious guy that Ulysses matches with on a dating app.
During their highly-anticipated first date, they can hardly contain themselves.
Netflix has picked up the worldwide rights to the flick, which centers on a group of teens navigate relationships with family and friends over a Chicago summer before moving on to adulthood.
Tyler will star as Ricky, a new heartthrob rookie infielder for the Chicago Cubs.
The Last Summer, filming now in Cleveland, centers on a group of young adults who spend their “last summer” before college on the precipice; ready to take control of their lives and their futures for the first time.
Several stories intersect as the group wrestles with love lost and love found, fraying relationships with their parents, and ultimately, the struggle to decide who they will be and what they will do going forward.
