Meanwhile, Sam just dropped a preview of his song for the upcoming Bond movie Spectre, titled “Writing’s on the Wall.” Listen below!
“I’m writing when I want to. So when bad things happen in my life, I’m going into the studio and writing about them,” Sam recently told NME about a new album. “I’m excited, but it’s not going to be anytime soon. I think people are going to get bored of me if I carry on. I’m just trying to make it the most honest work I’ve ever done.”
Check out this new music video for Vance Joy‘s latest single “Fire and the Flood”!
The 27-year-old Aussie singer’s track will be included on a special edition of his breakthrough 2014 debut album Dream Your Life Away.
“I had a recurring image in my head of a guy walking in the neighborhood where his ex-girlfriend lives,” Vance said in a statement about the video inspiration. “He is haunting the places they used to go together. He has time on his hands and feels kind of useless. He thinks that when they are back together he’ll be at peace again.”
In case you didn’t know, Vance recently got nominated for an MTV Artist To Watch Award, and he’s currently an opening act on Taylor Swift‘s 1989 World Tour.
The girls got together for a jam session before the show with Taylor‘s tourmate Vance Joy.
“Petition for ‘Yeah Boy’ to be @kelseaballerini’s next single because it is MY EVERYTHING,” Taylor captioned one Instagram video of them singing the song. Watch below!
Taylor also met up with “Chandelier” dancer Maddie Ziegler.
FYI: Taylor is wearing a Line & Dot top and shorts.
