The main trio of Percy Jackson and the Olympians took time away from filming the Disney+ series’ upcoming second season to attend the event.
On night one (August 9), they hit the stage with author Rick Riordan to tease the new season and they shared a start of production video, to commemorate they started filming in Vancouver. They also bumped into Lin-Manuel Miranda, who played Hermes in season one, backstage.
On Saturday (August 10), they joined co-stars Jason Manzoukas, Daniel Diemer, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn and Toby Stephens for a panel, where three more new additions to the cast were announced.

The season two cast of Percy Jackson and the Olympians just added a new star!
Daniel Diemer was announced to be joining the upcoming new season as cyclops Tyson, who is Percy Jackson’s half brother, at the series’ 2024 San Diego Comic-Con panel.
“As some of you may know, in ‘Sea of Monsters’ we meet an important new character. He’s shy, awkward and endearing,” Rick said in his announcement, via Variety. “His enthusiasm and talent bring a whole new dimension to Tyson.”

Joe Locke, Kylie Cantrall, Aryan Simhadri, Leah Sava Jeffries and Walker Scobell step out for the Disney Upfront presentation held at Javits Center on Tuesday (May 12) in New York City.
The young stars were all in attendance to promote their upcoming projects on Disney+!
Joe was joined by his Agatha co-stars Kathryn Hahn and Patti LuPone, and the Marvel series’ official title was unveiled – Agatha All Along. It was also revealed the series will finally premiere on September 18th on Disney+.
Fellow Marvel stars Dominique Thorne and Anthony Ramos were also in attendance, and their show Ironheart was revealed to air sometime in 2025.
Kylie‘s Descendants: The Rise of Red co-star Malia Baker and The Acolyte‘s Amandla Stenberg were also among the stars in attendance.
Selena Gomez hit the stage to promote two shows, Only Murders in the Building and the new Wizards of Waverly Place sequel series. Check out the official title and first look photos!

The 15-year-old Percy Jackson and the Olympians TV star and the 32-year-old Percy Jackson movie star seemingly met for the first time last Friday (April 5) while attending the launch of Hulu on Disney+ in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance was Walker‘s co-star Aryan Simhadri, who portrays Grover Underwood.
The new Percy Jackson series, of course, streams on Disney+, while Logan‘s new limited series We Were the Lucky Ones is streaming on Hulu.
Walker and Aryan were also seen meeting up with Kylie Cantrall, who will star in the upcoming Descendants: The Rise of Red, while Logan was also seen posing for photos with Loki‘s Tom Hiddleston, The Bear‘s Jeremy Allen White and The Rookie‘s Nathan Fillion.
Earlier this year, Percy Jackson and The Olympians was officially renewed for a second season!
