The XOXO actress turns 28 years old today (November 24), and her boyfriend Wells Adams took to Instagram to show his love.

“It’s that can’t-eat, can’t-sleep, reach-for-the-stars, over-the-fence, World Series kind of stuff,” he captioned a slideshow of cute pics. “Happy birthday @sarahhyland! You’re perfect and I love you most. Now pack your bags, cus baby, we’re jumping on a plane and heading down to the islands tomorrow!”

The 27-year-old Modern Family star and 34-year-old Bachelorette star were spotted smiling and holding hands while heading out from the Abbey Nightclub on Monday night (November 19) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The two looked happy together, stopping to pose with fans and sign autographs as they made their way out of the club.
It’s also almost Sarah‘s birthday! “When you wake up and realize you’re turning 28 in one week… 👵🏼,” she wrote on her Instagram.

The XOXO actress and the reality TV star were seen walking hand-in-hand and sharing a sweet kiss at the farmers market on Sunday (November 4) in Los Angeles.
They were all smiles as they checked out flowers, produce, olive oil, and more.
Sarah donned a bright orange sweater with black leggings, black and silver booties, a black fanny pack, sunglasses, hoop earrings, and a green scrunchie.
Wells wore a “Let’s fall in love with our telephones off” t-shirt.
“Carbo loading for the week like…” Sarah captioned an Instagram photo of herself tasting a sample.

Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams came up with the cutest couple costume idea for the 2018 Just Jared Halloween Party presented by Carl’s Jr. at Goya Studios on Saturday (October 27) in Hollywood.
The cute couple went as Taco Bell – Sarah dressed as the “taco,” and Wells dressed as Belle from Beauty and the Beast, making him the “bell!”
Guests were well-fed at the event thanks to Carl’s Jr. The menu included the Famous Star burger, crisscut fries, and fried zucchini. The food truck had a line the entire night!

Sarah Hyland and her boyfriend Wells Adams look so cute together while posing for photos at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Festival on Friday (September 21) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The cute couple met up with a bunch of Wells‘ co-stars from the Bachelor Nation shows. Among the stars there were engaged couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon, as well as Ben Higgins, Nick Viall, Jason Tartick, Blake Horstmann, Becca Tilley, and Dean Unglert.
Sarah was one of the presenters who appeared on stage during the festival!

The super adorable couple was joined at the event by Chloe Bennet and Logan Paul, who showed a bit of affection on the red carpet.

The next day, Sarah took to Instagram to celebrate one year since her and Wells first kissed.
