Disney Jr’s Ariel is debuting this summer Disney Junior and Disney Channel!
The upcoming preschool, animated musical series is inspired by The Little Mermaid, and will also produce an offshoot series of shorts, Disney Jr’s Ariel: Mermaid Tales.
The series stars the voices of previously announced Mykal-Michelle Harris as Ariel, Taye Diggs as King Triton, Amber Riley as Ursula, Elizabeth Phoenix Caro and Cruz Flateau as Ariel’s friends Lucia and Fernie, and Gracen Newton as Flounder.
Along with the premiere date, new recurring cast members were also just announced!

Chloe Bailey and Ski Bailey hit the carpet at the premiere of The Little Mermaid held at Dolby Theatre on Monday (May 8) in Hollywood.
The ladies were in attendance to support their little sister Halle for her big moment, along with Halle‘s boyfriend DDG.
Chloe shared on the carpet that that night was her first time seeing the movie, because she was on tour during earlier screenings.

Disney Junior is gearing up to debut a brand new music-filled show – Firebuds!
The network has just revealed when the series will premiere, along with the guest stars and the trailer.
Firebuds is set in a fantastical world where talking vehicles live, work and play with the humans who drive them, and follows a group of friends, all children of first responders, who embark on adventures to help their community and learn what it truly means to be a hero.

The Loud House will be airing a special new, musical episode THIS Friday (July 1)!
Nickelodeon‘s hit animated series’ new episode, “Save the Royal Woods!,” sees Royal Woods in danger of being flooded to make room for a sixth Great Lake, bringing the town together to prove that they’re worth saving.
It will feature four original songs, with Christine Baranski and Yvette Nicole Brown joining the cast as Joyce Crandall (Baranski), the perky and often clueless Under Secretary of Water Leisure for the state of Michigan, and Mayor Davis (Brown), a quirky and fun working mom who loves her trademark pantsuit.
